Very clean but the lady who did my nails cut my skin multiple times while filing my nail and used the electric file to do the underneath to try and take my skin off… my nails were clearly square square when I went in and now they are rounded and not straight . Total for pedi and fill and eyebrow wax was 105$ I gave a 5$ tip because it wasn’t good and she looked at me and said (oh) not even thank you for tipping or have a good day .so she was rude and ungrateful

My nails are bumpy and all different shapes and lengths. They never cleaned a thing in this nail salon. My pink and white are uneven and they charged me more than I was quoted and kept asking if it was for the exact amount when she rang me up.basically wanting a tip. This place is FILTHY. I’m a licensed tech but I can’t do my toes and I came in here. They tried to bully me into a manicure, I asked If they could take off an old set. She had every intention of prying them off with nail tips instead of soaking them off. Used an efile (the drill) on my hands and toes to take off the extensions and gel polish. Overfiled. Got red ring of pain on three nails on my hands. Deep grooves in my toes. Dirty tools came out of an already opened bag of the tools they send out to get cleaned. On personal phones, using credo blades and the “cheese grater” foot files. Both of which are not legal to use until i asked them to stop. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went here for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The nail technician was very considerate and friendly. She made sure to ask me if i was comfortable and did a nice job on my nails. I was happy I was not pressured to buy more and my service was not rushed. It was very clean and professional, plus i didnt have to wait at all. I will definitely come back.

Edit: came back again. Perfect coffin shape, and it was a pleasant experience. Filing and buffing wasnt painful at all… $33 to remove a full set and do a new set. This is forsure my new place to get my nails done.

Made an appointment and had to wait over a half hour. The prices listed are all wrong, when I asked they said that those are the prices of you don’t want polish (wth?). Didn’t have the colour I wanted (black). Didn’t listen to the shape or length I wanted (short rounds). I got navy spikes of all sizes, some are deathly pointed and some are coffins, and twice as long as I wanted. I’ve also got gel polish on my finger, near my knuckle :/

My sister and I have been coming here for about two years now. We get pedicures and dip manicures routinely. I can say for about the 100 times we have been there combined, we both have only not been happy once each, which happens, everyone has their off days. I appreciate that they always ask us where the other is if we come in separately. We never have to make appointments and are always seen in a timely manner. We both get complimented on our nails frequently. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. We love it here!
