I’ve come here a few times for pedicures which I’ve always enjoyed. I’m getting married this weekend and after an overcharge for a basic design at another local nail salon I was nervous about paying an outrageous price for what I was asking for. Not only did precious nails take me at 6:15 after I called that morning, they took their time to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Which this included asking them to swatch me with a few base coats after I kept choosing the wrong colors. I loved what I left with, at what I feel is an affordable price!

I did love the design and shape that was done, however after less than a week, 3 of my nails had just fallen right off. then by 3-4 days later i only had 2-3 left. the ones that were left had caused so much damage to my nails that the nail was starting to separate from my nail bed and we had to cut into my nail to help it regrow. the white section in the picture is where it had separated and was continuing to do so. I hate it because when I left I thought I had found my new place but definitely won’t be back :/

I think my nails are pretty. It’s had been a few years since last getting my nails done. This was my first time here and the experience first walking in was awkward because of not knowing their routine but I was helped and told their process of getting checked in. They didn’t have the first color I chose which is understandable because can’t expect them to keep over 100 powders constantly. So be sure to have backup option. Overall quick and with my experience you’ll have the sns product under nail and on skin. My cuticles weren’t done but could be my fault for not specifically asking for them to be done. Not sure as I said it had been a while and first experience getting sns. Pretty silent the entirety of my manicure, but that’s fine everyone is different. Affordable price better than other places I have seen. I do recommend.

I went back to Precious Nails after many years because I moved to a different area. It’s been about ten years & I’m glad I decided to go back. They did a great job on my nails & did exactly what I asked. I’m so glad that they do SNS because that’s what I prefer & they have a great selection of colors. I always get one glitter nail & the rest a similar color. No extra charge & they look great. They have a good clean environment with all the sanitation requirements met. Definitely recommend! I got my eyebrows waxed as well & I feel like a brand new woman! Thanks again for the great service! I will be back for my fill-in.

Precious Nails is an amazing nail salon! I am always satisfied when I come and they are all wonderful. Trina always does the cutest designs on my nails and she is super friendly! I recommend her to everyone!! Gina usually does my moms nails and she is wonderful as well and super nice! My mom and I have been coming here for over a year now and we will never go anywhere else! We highly recommend Precious Nails!!

Critical: ProfessionalismOn two separate occasions, a friend and I made pedicure appointments for 930am. On the first occasion, only one person showed up and I had to wait 30 minutes before someone else showed up (not the person I made the appointment with. We were there almost 2 hours and she never showed). The second occasion was similar to the first. We had appointments for 930am and only one person showed up. An hour later another person showed up (at this point I had already taken my feet out of the water and put my shoes back on). She asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said no. The lady that had been there told her I had waited an hour to which the second lady stated, “okay then. Did they have appointments?” No apology..no trying to fix the situation.
