I never write reviews on anything, but I had to warn the community about this place – truly AWFUL from start to finish. Not only was this the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten, but the man actually raised his voice at me when I asked him to fix something.

I wish I could give this place LESS than a star !! It was dirty, they were pulling tools out of everywhere UNSANITIZED, literally then putting them back after they were done. Then when she finished she took all the cuticle cuttings, put them in my soaking water and then dumped it in a pedicure bath !! I had Winnie who literally was talking like she was hanging with her best friend the entire time, which I wouldnt care about but she was physically using MY HANDS to gesture and stopping to act things out , it took 3 times longer than it should have. The Hot towel was freezing cold, they had ZERO gel color selections.

Love this place! They do great acrylic nails and half the price of Manhattan! Friendly staff too!

wasn’t a worst experience however if your wanting designs on your nails I highly recommend that you do NOT come to this place Bc I asked for simple designs and they give me a design that looks like a 5yr old did!!! Manicure

Winnie is horrible I went to this salon for my third time and have always gotten mood gel on my nails where my nails would change colors. After she asked what I wanted and I said mood gel she paints them a neutral pink but they never changed color she charged me 15$ for it when it ddnt change. I could have just picked out a neutral color that goes with me getting a manicure. So I just told her to give me my 6$ I’d want my eye brows done and I will be reporting her also to the better business bureau she’s definitely cheating people out their money. Been there 3x in total but my last 2x there my nails ddnt change and today made my last day ever going there again

I wish that I checked reviews before going. I went on Saturday 8/17/19 late evening at like 7:30. I walked in. They were full (Every worker had a customer). I stood there and waited for someone to greet me and ask me what service I needed. Almost if not TEN (10!), yes 10 min went by and not ONE worker acknowledged me. And there was a lady literally sitting right at the desk in front of me (to the left when you walk in)… She even got up and stood right in front of me to get something from the desk. Now Im not speaking up right away cause I wanted to see how long that they were gonna be so rude for and because I needed my nails done that day and most salons were closed. One of the workers (the black lady) looked at me and slightly smiled like she wanted to ask if I needed something. Then she looked over at the lady who was sitting at the first left desk right in front of me and started shaking her head at her. I guess indicating that she was bothered to see her not acknowledging me. I guess that first left desk lady is the boss? Anyway, the way the black woman was shaking her head at her was as if she does that all the time. I finally said “hello, is anyone gonna help me?” The lady right in front of me said “hi. what you need?” like she didn’t see me standing there for 10min. Got the nerve to be using a nice voice when the customer service wasn’t nice. I said “i stood here for 10min and nobody said nothing to me. Never mind. I’ll be fine.” and walked out with an attitude. That messed up my whole mood. Disgusting.

Came to get gel nails pedi and mani but didn’t work out the guy did it everything rushed and quickly and my nails were different sizes and lengths. I never asked him for square nails, when my nails were originally round. I told him I don’t want to do gel anymore since he wasn’t doing a good job. He appeared upset and the other employee talked to him in their language. I told them, I’ll pay for his work he done so far but I don’t want to go further. So just left with a pedi with standard polish. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

These people are like family and really care for me when I go. Winnie is the absolute best when it comes to eyelashes and side tip, the louder a tech talks the better they are at doing nails so pay attention.

Avoid at all costs. The service is bad by one of the Asian women. She tried to raise her voice when I asked her why she wouldn’t use my Avon scrub ony feet. I stayed at one level, she lowered her voice. She didn’t clean my toe nails properly nor was the foot scrub done properly. I did it myself. Long story, give your $ to somewhere else.

This place is horrible, when they were done my nails were worse then when I came in. They use super glue as an overlay which left a white film around my nails, also nails were bumpy and uneven. When I asked them to fix my nails the guy was very rude. They make you pay first so when your nails messed up you can’t get a refund. I paid $52 for an overlay, and got unprofessionalism and screwed over nail job. I’m not from Brooklyn but even I know this is some BS. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
