Critical: ProfessionalismThe hairdresser gave me the worst highlights I’ve ever had. She missed a huge chunk of hair in the front at the part so there’s a very visible 1½ inch section with no highlights. There are verticle lines on the back of my head from the bleach getting on my head/hair that wasn’t in foils. She styled my hair so that the section without highlights was hidden. I wanted to buy some of the products she used on my hair and she said they didn’t sell it, but then ended up showing me 5 products that she claimed were all used on my hair (when I know they weren’t) just so she could sell more products. Another customer walked in after my appt started and my hairdresser worked on both of us at the same time and I would have to wait long periods of time while she was working on the walk-in customers hair. I was charged $175 and I even tipped her $20 because she did take time to cut my hair and clean up the split ends. If I had noticed the mess-ups before paying I would not have tipped.
