They took me as a walk in and I needed a big chop, went from mid back hair to a pixie cut then we did fit me in for some eyebrow waxing and a new color as well! I only go to Dana Hedrick but I think everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking to here is friendly and talented. The environment is pleasant and there is a coffee bar for clients/guests. I think pricing is individual for the most part but I think that what I have paid has always been fair. Don’t forget to tip your stylist!

Honestly upset that when I get home I notice my hair is not even close to being even! Don’t expect you have an appointment even after you schedule! Called on Tuesday at 1230 made appointment over the phone for Thursday at 515. Arrived on time no record of the appointment and no accommodations. Won’t be back.
