Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am from the East coast (Massachusetts) and eyebrow threading is something new to Mass but has been around for many years down in Florida were I was introduced to this. I am very pleased with how she did my eyebrows. I am saddened though that I am only here for vacation. She did an amazing job, was very through, wore her mask and sanitized the seat between clients. Highly recommend, if I could give her 10 stars I would. I am from the East coast (Massachusetts) and eyebrow threading is something new to Mass but has been around for many years down in Florida were I was introduced to this. I am very pleased with how she did my eyebrows. I am saddened though that I am only here for vacation. She did an amazing job, was very through, wore her mask and sanitized the seat between clients. I really love this place I have been coming here for a year now and I love it. I think all the staffs are great but Muna is a amazing she always makes me feel comfortable and she makes my eyebrows look amazing. She’s very friendly and knows how to do her job. Saturday morning I searched up eyebrow threading salons near me. This one came up and I decided to try it. I went in and everything was fine. The eyebrow threading is $9.00 and I decided to leave a $1.00 tip to make it an even $10.00. Then I left and that was it. However this morning I checked my banking charges for the card I used at this eyebrow threading and it turns out they over charged me. Instead of charging me the $10.00 I had originally signed for, they charged me $11.00. Although it is only $1.00 I feel this is not acceptable. I feel very disappointed about this incident. I hope this has not happened to anyone else that has had service done at this place, but if it has happened to me on my first visit I’m sure they have done it to others. Ultimately, I want others to be aware of what they are truly being charged. I highly recommend if you have had any services done here to make sure you are being charged the right amount. I will not be going back here due to untrustworthyness.

I came to get my eyebrows threaded here for the first time, you never know what to expect when try a new place, but I was very impressed, Rosa did a great job, I am a man so finding someone to clean them up and not butcher them is sometimes hard to do, Rosa did the best job I’ve ever had done thank guys! Muna is my favorite employee, she’s very professional and always does an excellent job, if you want your eyebrows threaded, I HIGHLY recommend her. Also, anybody that complains about a bad experience should have their review privileges taken away.. If you didn’t like your experience, move on or do what a normal person would do (a second chance and be specific on what you want). I find it disgusting how some human beings have no morality. Small businesses like these depend on reviews, stop ruining it for everyone else. Have some decency and remove your 1-star posts.

Critical: QualityI’ve been coming here for YEARS now and am a regular. Went yesterday to get my eyebrows done by the same girl I always do. I always say clean up and for the last few months my eyebrows have been getting thinner and thinner. I have already asked them over and over again to please not make them so thin. Just a clean up. After yesterday I will not be returning. I know it hurts but yesterday was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. today I woke up with cuts from the thread slicing my skin. If I could rate this place -100 I would. I’m not the type of person to sit here and write reviews, i’m also very understanding BUT she literally ruined my eyebrows. I walked in with nice thick brows that only needed to be cleaned up. I walked out with extremely thin and SHORT eyebrows. who makes an eyebrow short??? she repeated what I wanted and did the total opposite. My eyebrows look horrendous I don’t even want to walk outside. Do NOT go here. This is worse than my middle school/freshman over-plucking days they’ve literally never in my life looked this terrible. they’re uneven as well they each have completely different shapes.

The new owner is horrific at listening to directions. Asked her for a simple clean up because the girl Padma who does my brows there originally wasn’t in. She ended up making one so thin. Ruined my eyebrows. Admitted to not listening or paying attention. I will never go back.
