I’ve been coming here for a while with no issues. They’ve always just cleaned up my eyebrows which has been great as it took me a long time to grow them out to look full. Well, I went tonight and not only was this the most painful experience, ever; the girl left my eyebrows so incredibly thin! She even has the audacity after doing the first one to point out that my eyebrows are different size. Well no duh! You just completely thinned out the left one so bad! Now I am left having to start all over again!!!

JUST. HORRIBLE! I am not usually one to write a review but I’ve gone to this place 3 different times this week and the employees are just unbelievable. The only 2 staff working decided to go to lunch together at the same time while there’s a bunch of customers waiting to get service. I came in confident because this place has almost a 5 star review…I had one request and one request only and it was to please not leave my eyebrows thin. I came in with a full set of grown out eyebrows and all I wanted was a clean. I said I wanted to keep the fullness and instead the lady did the opposite. She left my eyebrows thin as heck & that was definitely not what I asked her. I’m very much dissatisfied in the service I received 🙁

The women there were unprofessional and did not care about the eyebrows they probably only wanted the money. They were doing people’s eyebrows for 5 minutes and after they mess them up they make them pay and send them out. that’s after some people have been waiting for over an hour. do not come here unless you want uneven eyebrows that don’t suit you. i don’t think these women have had any training and they are very unclean. One of them reused the same gloves on all the customers. The shop was also very dirty and had a smell. I am very happy with my service. They do take walk ins, but if you book and appointment online they will keep your appointment time.

I almost always have had a good experience here, but this last time I went there was a new lady working. She was very easily frustrated with me and kept telling me I wasn’t holding on to my eyes well. I did so exactly as she asked and she got frustrated and pushed my hand down hard into my eye hurting it. Not only that but she made me bleed multiple times and never once apologized. I’ve gone to this place for about 2 years and never had a problem up until now so I’m giving it 3 stars.

I’m new to the city and I was definitely iffy about this place because the last woman to touch my brows from back home made them super uneven. But as soon as I walked in the store the lady was so friendly. She was able to reshape my brows and give them life. I was so happy.. 5 stars.
