Very disappointing nail experience to say the least. I’ve been getting SNS for many years and I have never been more upset with how it’s turned out than when I came here. No drill bit was used to smooth out the nail and no top coat was put on at the end so my nails felt rough and not put together. The pedicure was basic and not much was done to exfoliate my feet. The only thing I walked out happy with was my gel toe nail polish. Everything else was awful. In the photo you can see the fake nail tip she applied and idk about anyone else but I would prefer not to see that. I wanted to support other stylists and techs there bc I love the hair stylist I see there but I was greatly disappointed. I wanted to do something new, nice, and fun for my birthday coming up but I had to take off the nails that were applied and have them re done else where. If SNS cannot be performed properly than it shouldn’t be offered. If you’re someone like me who likes SNS nails then I wouldn’t come here for that.

The spa is beautiful and everything is clean. Receptionist was very friendly and made me feel like she was glad i was there. Kendall did an excellent pedicure. She kept checking to make sure i liked the length, etc. Great selection of colors. Ill be back. Cant wait to try some other services. Practically Perfect??? No, Totally Perfect!

Lisa was incredible! I was overdue for a massage and have a lot of shoulder/neck pain from working at a desk all day. Lisa gave me the perfect full body, deep tissue massage that helped release so much tension I was experiencing. It was very relaxing as well! Lisa is super friendly and made my entire experience so enjoyable. I woke up this morning with less back pain, no stiff neck and I slept like a baby! Please go see her! I will be recommending her to everyone I know

Maddie has done a phenomenal job with my skin over the past several months. As someone who has never had “clear skin”, I was always anxious leaving the house with adult acne at nearly 30 years old, which I thought would never go away. However, Maddie worked her magic on my skin and it’s never been better – I wish I met Maddie years ago! She is amazing and has really helped change my life. She always recommends great products that work for me and she does a wonderful job at explaining what each product is specifically for. She is a gem and I’ll forever be grateful for her! Beverly was fantastic! I love my hair cut and color! Even though she was very fast (which I love since I have a 5 month old waiting for me at home) she still created such a gorgeous natural color (best I’ve had!) and a cut that makes me feel like my hair thickened immediately! Really great spa in Canton! Had a great dermaplane facial with the blueberry enzyme treatment. The facial massage was so great. My skin still feels great 2 weeks later. Will definitely back. Only rating 4 out of 5 stars because the construction noise during my service was really, really loud. I know it’s probably inevitable but it really took away from the relaxation. Otherwise, great experience!
