I waited almost two months before I wrote this review. It was my first time getting hair extensions, I heard lots of good things about PRHE when it came to helping women experiencing hair loss and that’s why I made my appointment. I am so appreciative of Kaliopi and Ann for taking care of me. I was nervous and not feeling that confident about my hair after experiencing hair loss from a condition. They were patient with me, educated me about the different types of extensions and how to care for them. I also loved the fact that they are both women with families who are passionate about helping other women out. Thank you both for making it possible for me to have some of my confidence back with my nice peak a boo, red hair extensions. I will return again for my follow up appointment and write another review if possible.

Kaliopi and Anne have given me such a positive experience as a first-timer with hair extensions! They are truly the sweetest and most professional duo and it shows in how they treat their clients and provide their services. This was my first time getting extensions and they both answered all my questions and explained the process. They were educational with me so that I would make the best informed decision to best suit my needs and I’ve trusted them with my hair ever since! I love how they maintain their professionalism and are still light-hearted and humble with their clients, making the salon feel like you’re walking into a comfortable space where you’re always welcome. The results of my extensions were so breath-taking, I immediately felt so grateful to both of them for helping me feel more confident and beautiful. I’m grateful to have such professional women who actually care about their clients as my stylists because honestly I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else haha They’ve seriously taken care of me and the products they use are of top quality. The hair blends in with my own natural hair seamlessly and I could barely notice them at this point because of how well installed they were. I recommend PR Hair Extensions to all my friends and co-workers who are looking to find trustworthy women in their industry who know how to give their clients results and feel beautiful! I have been going to the PR Hair Extensions Salon for 4+ years . I love this salon! The owner of the salon Kaliope and her amazing stylist Anne are talented professionals and such perfectionists. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the decor is clean and cozy. Their consultations and very detailed and personalized to your needs and lifestyle. I would definitely recommend the salon.

I guess I came here on a bad day. I came here to have extensions done for a trip and at first Kaliopi is very welcoming, patient and super knowledgeable about extensions, but she and her husband tend to have an attitude problem sometimes. When I came back for a follow up appointment, she yelled at me for not taking care of my hair since the extensions looked so dry and brittle. I decided to have them removed and opted to never come back. She is very sweet at first, but will snap at you if need be which is super awkward to go through in person in front of other customers. She also mentions that she specializes on all types of extensions, but will pressure you to go for NBR. I eventually realized that the hair quality is not that great either since I bought clips from Luxy and Glam Seamless and they have yet to feel dry and brittle like her extensions felt after a two weeks of use. I’m curious as to where the hair comes from and if it’s even human at all.
