Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLIKE WOW! I stopped by a day earlier than my scheduled appointment because I had a last minute change of schedule. So glad Kristina had the change on hers too. Saw her on time and she treated me so well. She pulled off exactly what I wanted on my hair (balayage). I cannot wait to see her again because I know I’ll be walking out flawless. David! I can’t leave David out of this review after the amazing head massage I received after he toned my hair. LIKE WOW! I stopped by a day earlier than my scheduled appointment because I had a last minute change of schedule. So glad Kristina had the change on hers too. Saw her on time and she treated me so well. She pulled off exactly what I wanted on my hair (balayage). I cannot wait to see her again because I know I’ll be walking out flawless. David! I had just moved back to the NOVA area and desperately needed my hair done and google had brought me to PR at Partners – I made an appointment and was put with Ismail. There was some mix ups with my appointment and the time allotted for my highlighting service but Ismail did not skip a beat. He was so personable and helpful. He went out of his way to move things around his schedule in order to fit me in even though they closed at 5pm he worked with me until 5:45 not rushing at all. & let me add, my hair looked beautiful!! He did wonders bringing my hair back to life and even adding treatments to make it way more healthy (since I had waited a good 4 months before getting it done). all in all – I had a great experience thanks to Ismail and his assistants, they were wonderful and I will definitely be coming back! I had such an amazing experience at PR at Partners with Ismail. I had just moved back to the NOVA area and desperately needed my hair done and google had brought me to PR at Partners – I made an appointment and was put with Ismail. There was some mix ups with my appointment and the time allotted for my highlighting service but Ismail did not skip a beat. He was so personable and helpful. He went out of his way to move things around his schedule in order to fit me in even though they closed at 5pm he worked with me until 5:45 not rushing at all. & let me add, my hair looked beautiful!! Critical: PunctualityI made my first appointment post-Covid to have my hair cut and highlighted. They called the morning of the appointment and asked me to come in 30 minutes early, which I agreed to. I checked in at the salon and proceeded to wait 10 minutes into my originally scheduled time (40 minutes after I arrived). I approached the staff several times during my wait and was told “5 more minutes”. I finally left without the service. I am a very patient person and can understand running a few minutes behind. But I consider this very inconsiderate and certainly without regard for a repeat customer. I was never contacted after the incident to make amends or to explain.
