I’ve been going to PR at Partners in Manassas for at least 8 years now and love it! I have had Susanna as my hair stylist for at least 2-3 of those years, after my last stylist retired to have a family and she has been fantastic! Both of my mother’s go to see her as well and we all love her attention to detail and she always makes the magic happen when you give her an idea of what you want. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI absolutely love PR at Partners. I was taken here as a teenager and to this day trust all of the stylists to help me change my look. I recently went back for a haircut and had Emmiee. She was great! I gave her the freedom to choose the best style cut for my face/head and I am very pleased with what she gave me. The new salon location is also amazing. I was able to look out the large windows for the most part during my haircut, that was a nice and relaxing touch after a long day of work. I absolutely love PR at Partners. I was taken here as a teenager and to this day trust all of the stylists to help me change my look. I recently went back for a haircut and had Emmiee. She was great! I gave her the freedom to choose the best style cut for my face/head and I am very pleased with what she gave me. The new salon location is also amazing. I was able to look out the large windows for the most part during my haircut, that was a nice and relaxing touch after a long day of work. As always, I will be returning back!

Critical: QualityThis was my second time going to PR Prat in Manassas, and my last. I was less than 5 minutes late due to traffic because of a police action. When I arrived I was told I was 10 minutes late-I was not. The stylist cutting my hair was both rude in her tone of voice and felt it necessary to embarrass me in front of the customers and her co-workers. Her behavior was totally unprofessional, and her manager did absolutely nothing. If this is the way they treat their customers then I do not recommend anyone use this establishment. This was my second time going to PR Prat in Manassas, and my last. I was less than 5 minutes late due to traffic because of a police action. When I arrived I was told I was 10 minutes late-I was not. The stylist cutting my hair was both rude in her tone of voice and felt it necessary to embarrass me in front of the customers and her co-workers. Her behavior was totally unprofessional, and her manager did absolutely nothing. If this is the way they treat their customers then I do not recommend anyone use this establishment. Critical: ProfessionalismI had seen Amber C a few times prior to the pandemic and recently made an appointment for the first time since the pandemic. I was running late and called early that I was running late; I was in the door 3 min later than their cut off time. Because it was my first one out after having a baby, I asked them to still take me and requested to drastically reduced the scope of work so that I could do something since I had driven far and it was my first time doing something for myself. Amber, the manager and the woman at the front desk were standing around the desk chatting. They refused to budge or talk about other options that the stylist would have time for. Again, being 3 min later than the time they would have taken me, seemed like they could have been empathic or kind to do something since there was still time before the next appointment. They completely dismissed me and told me that I would have to pay a “No Show” fee; then continued chatting at the front desk with. I thing better to do while Amber waited for her next appointment which was going to be at least 40minutes later. This was super frustrating because when I previously saw Amber , she canceled on me last minute and they didn’t offer me anything in return. I was empathetic and rescheduled and was kind. I would have hoped they would have been kind in return, especially since I kept telling them how how important this was. Instead, they were unprofessional in the way they “greeted” me as I walked in, completely inflexible and just rude how they tagged on that they were going to charge me for not showing up. I wouldn’t recommend them since they treat clients with care or consideration.Review Update: The owner lied about my arrival time – As per my review, I was honest and accountable for being 18minutes late (3minutes after their 15min cut off). It was unnecessary to lie, but that is reflective of bad business practices where the business doesn’t care about the client.If the owner cared about treating clients well, they could have:1. Responded to my review with an offer to waive the No show fee because they care about me as a client & I tried my best to arrive on time2. If they believed self-care was important, they could have offered a simpler service for what they could do in the 40+ minutes remaining. I had already asked to reduce the scope of work. I LOVE how my hair looks! This is my first time to go to PR at Partners in Manassas and I will definitely be going back. I came in with a vague idea of a funky mohawk style haircut and Jennifer has delivered just that. As always from start to finish my experience was awesome. She listens to what I want, always makes me feel comfortable, and is very informative. Oh and the best part is every time she’s done my hair I’ve received multiple compliments, even from other stylists! I will definitely keep coming back to her.

I want to start this review with my compliments to all the stylists at The Bull Run/Manassas salon, especially Dani! I have been a happy client of the salon for many years. Dani is wonderful! She thoughtful, attentive and creative…everything I was looking for in a stylist. Unfortunately, I was transferred out of the area and traveling 3 1/2 hours back to the salon so Dani can work her magic will not be possible. Today, I called the salon and I requested MY haircolor formula be given to my new salon. Sadly, the receptionist informed me that it is company policy to NOT share that information. I requested the formula be given directly to the new salon, but I was told once more, that it is against company policy. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me the same thing…against company policy. The hair salon is in the customer service industry and their policy is the direct opposite. Sadly, and I mean sadly, I must start over. My review is a two fold…Stylists 5 stars! PR@Partners 2 stars.

This is the best haircut I have ever gotten in my life. Before you sit down, they make you fill out a detailed questionnaire about your hair type, what you want, what look you are going for, etc. The stylist (Kayleigh) really took the time to talk to me and ask what I wanted, as well as giving her professional opinion, based on my face shape and skin tone. The hair washer gave me a GREAT scalp massage, and since it was my first time, they threw in a moisturizing treatment for free. The stylist not only took the time to make sure my hair was cut perfectly, but she also took the time to teach me how to style my hair to make the haircut look best. I would recommend this to anybody!
