The staff at the Franklin Farm PR@Partners salon are so unprofessional! They do not care if they waste your time. It has been done to me repeatedly on numerous occasions. I have had many appointments canceled on me, and when I do actually get my appointments they often times give me a call 30 minutes prior to ask if I can come later because the stylist is running late. I’ve seen two stylists here. One stylist left me in the drying chair for the longest time while she got her hair washed by another employee and then proceeded to fix and blow dry her own hair in the mirror while I sat there and watched. Then she disappeared for a break in the back room for the longest time. She never bothered checking in on me. I had to ask the receptionist that walked by to grab her so I could get out of there. Finally she came to finish my hair but had a completely rude attitude. I was there for about 3 hours if not more. What an utter waste of my time. I was completely disregarded by the stylist who had this “too cool for school” attitude. Also, in this particular situation, my appointment was at 9:30, I was told to come in at 10 because she was running late, but she didn’t even start working on my hair until 11. This was all for a color touch up only. I will never step foot in this salon again. Management really needs to give their staff a huge lesson in professionalism. You are providing services to paying customers. Act like you care and stop wasting your customers time!

Had my hair cut and colored by Julie. Had no issues with the cut, just wanted a simple trim. I did have an issue with the color- the color did not match anything I explained (I wanted my hair to basically blend with my old highlights) I left with orange highlights and and very bold “money piece” that I did not ask for at all. I was hoping the color just needed to fade a little so I used purple shampoo to try to tone it after I left. I returned the next day after using the purple shampoo and instead of seeing the orange and trying to fix it, I was given a lecture of how to use purple shampoo. They put more toner in my hair and it helped a little but it was still not what I originally wanted. I called the next day and asked for a refund for the highlights since I am going to have to get it fixed. I was told they will not refund but only re-highlight my hair – I have no trust in them to touch my hair and overall am very disappointed with the service.

This place “PR and partners” has no regard for their client’s time. Up until the day of the appt I received the messages for appt reminder and saying no show or cancellation would cost me fee and it also says on their website and much more. But when I got there for my appt the person said, the stylist would be there soon she’s running late. So they didn’t have a clue what’s going on and then all of a sudden they told me she’s sick and can’t come in. On top of that they had no replacement. I understand anyone can get sick but what a double standard, if a client can’t make it for the appointment they have fees for that and when they’ve no show from their side, they don’t care. They didn’t care for my time that they wasted.
