I am writing this review using my husband’s Google account. First, I’d like to share that I have never written a poor review, however, this review was worth my time if I can help others. I’ve been to PnP two times and the second time was my fault for going back. I ended up with a technician named Yen both times. She is overly pushy for services. The second I sat down each time she started about getting my eyebrows done, sharing that she does eyelashes, and talking poorly about her coworkers. While she does decent nails, she tears up your cuticles to the point of drawing blood and blames it on you if you move or share that it hurts. She then up charges you for a manicure even when getting a fill because your cuticles are all torn up. I called and shared my experience with the owner, Jenny, who was pleasant on the phone. She assured me she’d address Yen’s behavior but it is clear that she didn’t. I had the same exact experience a month and a half later. To make matters worse, I had my three year old daughter who just wanted her toes painted. Mom and me time was dominated by Yen’s pushiness and poor attitude when you don’t give in to her. I gave the owner and business the benefit of the doubt, shared my concerns, and even tried it again.

What a beautiful experience I had yesterday! Jen and entire stuff are so sweet and friendly, atmosphere is lovely and modern, and salon is very clean, which seems rare these days. I got a great quality job, prices are fair. Definitely looking forward to come back for more!

Would never go back again! All they try and do is upsell you, no matter how many times you say no. Went in with my sister & grandmother we all had the worst pedicures , we’re supposed to get a hot towel with oil and never received that. Barely got a massage. Pedicure started at 12:00 and was done by 12: 17 (including the polish)
