I was gifted two massages via Groupon to check out Power of Touch. I followed the directions to redeem it, made an appointment, and received a confirmation. I showed up and the business was empty and locked. Raymond cancelled the appointment without notifying me. Things happen in life, I get it, so I rescheduled. Through several rude texts, Raymond told me that my certificates would not be honored. I was given this gift to help me relax during a tough time, and Raymond only added more stress and frustration. He has a lot to learn about customer service. I’ll take my money and business elsewhere, and I recommend that you do the same.

I have had an amazing massage form Raymond several times now and intend to see him every week. I am a fitness instructor and my body needs therapy to keep working out so hard. I can honestly tell you that Raymond is the ONLY massage therapist I’ve been to (and I’v been getting massages for many years) that really knows how to help my shoulders, back and neck from hurting. He is very strong and can manipulate my 5’10 body easily. He also gives a great relaxation massage when needed. He did that for me a couple weeks ago after my friend died. It was very caring and relaxing. Try him out!! He’s the best.

I like to go to Raymond for massage. He is very detailed and listens and focus on areas where you need relief. Like when i had shoulder and elbow pain, he made sure that the knots on my back is completely loosen up. I went home relaxed and the pain is not as much. He offers 40 dollars for an hour massage on fridays.

My first appointment was cancelled at the last minute. Raymond said he would “comp” me 30 minutes for free for my next appointment. At my next appointment, he was running late. He then told me that he could only give me a 5 minute massage due to scheduling.

I purchased a Groupon for Power of touch massage. I scheduled an appointment online as requested on the Groupon. A day before my first appointment I got an email saying my appt was cancelled. I tried calling to reschedule but no one answered and the voicemail was full, but said to text so I tried that. After getting no text or call back I rescheduled online. Today I showed up for my rescheduled appointment (I got no cancellation email) and the door was locked and lights off. From what I could see thru the window there’s not much in the office. The really ridiculous thing is that another woman was there at the same time and said she was friends with the guy and he said she could come in for an appt at the same time as me. So not only did he double book himself, he also no showed on 2 people one of which is a friend. There’s countless reviews on multiple sites with similar stories to me, I often feel reviews don’t tell the whole story and thought it was just people making mistakes or a misunderstanding and so I tried it anyways, but now I can guarantee this is a scam and waste of money.

He did a wonderful job. It’s been one week post-massage and I still feel great. Ofcourse I know that some knots are still there but they havent bothered me as much. I will definitely be making another appointment. A friend and I got his number through his website, texted him, and made appointments via text, then he sent a comfirmation via email. The facility is open only by appointment.

Terrible customer service. Gave a groupon gift to my girlfriend, she was cancelled on without apology 2 hours before a confirmed appointment. Another try she showed up to an appointment and the place was closed. Emailed the therapist and never got a reply back. Not a business I can recommend to anyone.
