Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueExcellent customer service, **very** friendly staff! I walked in with my teenage daughter and niece and they were so friendly as we waited, allowing us to soak our feet for the whole 30 minutes until they had an opening. They were very kind to the girls and were able to get all of us done within an hour! I usually go to other salons in Poulsbo but this will be our new go-to for mani/pedi’s. Excellent customer service, **very** friendly staff! I walked in with my teenage daughter and niece and they were so friendly as we waited, allowing us to soak our feet for the whole 30 minutes until they had an opening. They were very kind to the girls and were able to get all of us done within an hour! I usually go to other salons in Poulsbo but this will be our new go-to for mani/pedi’s. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAsked for a dip set with tips and sparkle at the base. I showed pictures and said it didn’t have to be perfect. The entire time from beginning to end I knew I made a mistake coming. I almost got up and just left several time but I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited to see the final product. I told her several times I was unhappy with the length and shape. She cut me with her file and left so much residue under my nails, my skin is glued to the nail. I cannot separate. The gel top coat slid and pooled to make the nails look even more puffy and thick. I’m so dissatisfied. I asked for sparkle and she couldn’t do it. Literally I wanted to help her. I asked for a refund and they said they’d have to remove the nails I sat for for an hour and fifteen minutes to get to be removed in order to receive a refund even though I was verbal the entire time how unhappy I was.
