I saw Brittany Pool for a 90 min. massage and brow wax. The Pottstown location was clean and cute. Definitely had a great atmosphere and aesthetic. Brittany was professional and attentive. She listened to my concerns/issues and worked on them so when I left I was relaxed and energized. 10/10 Definitely recommend! Massage

Paid almost $100, plus tip, for a not so great experience. I filled out a questionnaire the night before my appointment. It asked me what kind of music I wanted, what therapist I wanted (it shows you pics and info), what kind of add on’s, and asks you medical history, problem area(s), etc….I arrived & the building was cold, music I picked wasn’t played, I didn’t even have the therapist I picked! (The one I had was nice though) When she was behind me, rubbing the shoulders & head, I literally was holding my breath, b/c I noticed I was inhaling her exhale!!! She didn’t have a mask on. Mind you, they’re called “medical massage”. I stated my problem areas were lower back and hips, the therapist put the CBD gel on my neck and shoulders!!! ♀️I was told that I could rub what was left of the CBD gel, on my back, myself!!!”if (I) wanted” The therapist was very nice, but the no mask, being in someone’s personal space, a big turn off! Plus, they had me waste time and money, filling out questionnaires, etc, and didn’t even do anything I asked, nor even targeted the problem areas!!! I could have went to the Korean massage place and paid $40 minus the CBD gel(which I didn’t benefit from anyway ♀️)
