I had a one hour massage scheduled. I was told to be there 15 minutes early as it was my first visit. I arrived 15 min early. I waited for my massage for over 45 min. Finally asked one of the employees about my massage. Poor customer service. Was told when I left I would be compensated for the long wait. I called three times with no response. Felt like my experience didn’t matter. Very unhappy with experience.

I had the bliss facial and it was nice but I got there 15 minutes early as to their request to wait 5 minutes past my schedule appointment time. Then to finish 10 minutes early a than an hour time for a facial. The esthetician was amazing but I wish she could of spent more time on the shoulder massage. Less than 5 minutes was disappointing.
