Critical: QualityCustomer service is great, the people are very polite and professional however I have gotten my nails and toes done here 3 times. Each time a nail has broken off and needed to be fixed like a week later. They charge a lot for their services so I feel like that shouldn’t happen at all. I should be able to go at least two weeks with a full set but each time my nail broken completely off. This place was extremely expensive for a very mediocre gel mani pedi. Not to mention the actual location/venue was nothing special or glamorous. The staff was pleasant enough but my gel manicure has bubbles and was way overpriced. My cousin who made the booking over the phone was told it was 78 for both then when I went to pay it was over 100$ making it 120 with tip. Not worth it at all. And, my nails are starting to break/chip less than a week later.
