Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis Salon is the best salon I ever went to. I have 4c hair and I have thinning in my middle part。I got the new client package which is a bit pricey. But I never had my hair feel like this. It’s been 4 days and my hair is still popping and I am very surprised because my hair never last. My wait was 10 minutes before being called to the back with Aaliyah. Her assistant starts the process with the treatments. One of the treatments stink but I guess it was the protein treatment followed by the moisture treatment. Aaliyah had to really cut my ends. At first I didn’t understand why so much had to come off but once she explained and then let me feel the texture of my ends and the top of hair I couldn’t believe it. Now I understand why it’s so hard for me to manage my own hair. The products that she used I never seen before and they smelled so good. They offered me coffee, tea, Red Bull and snacks which I never experienced before at a salon. Usually stylist get you in and try and hurry you up so they can deal with the next client. I didn’t feel that way. I asked a lot of questions and Aaliyah answered all of them, it was a great vide. The energy was positive and I will definitely return back. Not to mention the new client package came with a shampoo and conditioner to take home. Which smells so good. I was looking to see if I could purchase it from some where and Aaliyah said I wouldn’t because it’s only sold to stylist and it natural. I thought that was cool as well. The customer service far exceeded my expectations! My stylist, Aaliyah, was excellent and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my hair care needs and provides a relaxing atmosphere for customers. The massage chair is EVERYTHING!! It’s a double plus to have when getting your hair washed. Her assistant, Danielle, was very attentive and did a great job with shampooing/conditioning my hair. I had the pleasure of receiving hair care services at Potent Transitions this past Saturday. The customer service far exceeded my expectations! My stylist, Aaliyah, was excellent and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my hair care needs and provides a relaxing atmosphere for customers. The massage chair is EVERYTHING!!
