A friend used this service who is a disabled veteran and was berated from the front door to the time he left because he had cancelled an appointment and rescheduled another for 4 days later. My friend was told not to use his services anymore. I feel that the owners treatment of my elderly friend I hope this is not a regular practice to his clients! was unnecessary. Unacceptable!!
