Critical: ValueI recently went and asked for a balayage, I showed pictures of what I wanted, and how I’ve gotten it done in the past from one of their old stylists at the salon. it came out as a few highlights in the front and little to no blonde in the back, I also wasn’t happy with the color blonde that came out. I called to let them know I was unhappy, they asked me to come in during the week. I still walked out unhappy because they told me the key to having the hair i want is patience, they also told me that my expectations were unrealistic. i understand not getting to full blonde right away, but it wasn’t a balayage to begin with as the rest of my head was still very much brown, again with little to no blonde at all. They sent me home with a gift certificate for free toner which does not help my situation at hand. I went elsewhere a week later and luckily got the hair i wanted thanks to a certain salon. The vibe of positivity does not feel positive anymore.
