I have straight hair and my husband has really thick curly hair he keeps short. Our combination produced a beautiful girl with amazingly think hair, that as a teen, began to curl. We had no idea how to help her manage those curls. Jamie showed her from start to finish how to maintain and manage her hair type with natural product recommendations. Gave her the picture day and dance procedures vs the everyday management that would save her time in her busy day. This was the best thing we could have ever done for her. Well worth the cost. I had no idea just how curly my daughter’s hair was until we met with Jamie.

I’ve been going to Jami for a couple years now and she is by far one of the best curly hair specialists in DFW. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great price compared to what others charge for a curly cut. On top of that she is one of the most sincere and caring people I’ve met and truly cares about her clients. She’ll listen to what you are trying to achieve with your curls and work with you to get them there. She cares about how you feel about your hair and you are not just a number in a salon trying to be hurried out each time. Definitely grab an appointment with her if you have curly hair and haven’t found the right person to cut it or care for it yet! You won’t regret it!

Jami is great at cutting hair but sadly lacking in customer service skills and business management. Not only did she up her prices AFTER a scheduled appointment, she had me pay the upped price. I thought this was pretty awful but was just the beginning of her downfall. I also bought products from her one of them was 65.00, I had only had it 5 months and it grew mold. I contacted her, after a few days she got back saying she could not reimburse OR replace due to being a small business. As a business owner, that’s obviously not right. Thankfully the company of the product got right back to me when she couldn’t and is replacing the bottle. It’s really quite sad. She does good hair but don’t expect good customer service and don’t buy product, if she’ll even accept you.
