Last night my daughter and I went in for some well needed pampering and this salon blew us away! We felt so special and cared for. They went above and beyond. I can barely put into words how amazing the whole experience was. I would give them more than 5 stars if i could, highly recommend! We can’t wait to go back.

I will never again come back to this place. My experience was horrible. They messed up my cut and gave me the run around. The ladies laughed when I called to explain what happen. The Owner Samantha did listen and try to help but the lack of disrespect from her employees was just unprofessional. I had to find another salon to fix my hair and I’m so glad I went somewhere else. I even canceled my daughter future appointment.

I recently got a balayage done by Savannah. I wasn’t expecting greatness only because I had old color on my hair which is a challenge, but she did such a great job and I couldn’t have been happier with the results she got me. Great stylist ! Hair highlighting

Savannah was amazing!! She gave me exactly what I wanted (and checked in with me as she was cutting to make sure we were still on track) and it was very affordable!! This is my favorite haircut in years and I will definitely be coming back for my touch-ups and color! Thank you guys so much!!

Samantha has been my stylist for several years. She is an exceptional stylist, very attentive and professional business owner. She is an exceptional teacher for many beginner stylist that have worked at her salon. Her knowledge and expertise has made her employees better stylist. During the time I have been going to this salon I had one disappointing experience and the stylist left the salon a couple of months ago.

Critical: ProfessionalismI want to start out by saying I typically do not write reviews. However due to my terrible experience with this particular business, I thought that I should share it.I originally was going to let things go, even with how bad my experience was almost a month ago now… however I received an unsettling email from the salon a couple days ago and kinda frustrated me.My experience started with my wedding planner making an appointment for my hair and make up trials for my wedding. This appointment was made in October, for mid November for the same day I had a photo shoot planned. After arriving at the salon 15 minutes before my appointment on a Sunday, I come to find out that they are not open on Sundays. I naturally assume that one of the stylists was going to come in on their day off to do my hair and makeup, As that is the thing that some stylists do for events. I wait until my appointment time, and start trying the door to see if anyone was inside. No answer. I called the phone, no one picks up and I get a voicemail. As 15 minutes past my original appointment time, I start getting anxious as I still have my photo shoot only hours away. I send my wedding planner a message to ensure that I was at the right place at the right time. She sends me back a message with the information for the appointment for that date, time and address.I just so happen to have had my hair done by one of the stylists (Nicole) in the summer and still had the stylists phone number. I messaged her asking if she knew anything about the stylist who is supposed to be helping me with my hair and make up that day. She sent me a phone number for the stylist which ended up not working so I messaged her back to see if she had any other way of getting in contact with her. At that point she said it was weird I was trying to get ahold of that stylist as she didn’t even work at Poshe salon anymore. To which my anxiety increased even more as I had a photoshoot I couldn’t reschedule in less then and hour and a half from that point.Nicole’s that point starting trying to help me figure out a solution. As I was unable to change my photoshoot appointment so Nicole was gracious enough to offer to do my makeup as she had just come from a wedding and had all of her stuff on her. As she was in south Shreveport she offered to meet me somewhere to do my makeup. So she came to my home and was able to do my makeup. However since she doesn’t do updo’s I was only able to get my makeup done for my photoshoot. I still was incredibly grateful for Nicole’s professionalism and kindness to come help me.However this brings me to why I am upset with Poshe salon. Nicole was very professional however the salon itself was anything but professional. They certainly should have notified myself or my wedding planner about her not working there anymore. I wouldn’t have been as upset if I had been told in time to find a new stylist. It causes me concerns because, what if it had been my actual wedding! But that’s not even the thing that upset me the most. I had let it go, until Thursday of last week when I received an email from Poshe salon stating that they were just now saying good bye to Laura (my stylist). That they were sorry if this caused any issues but they would love to help me reschedule if needed. Meaning either she wasn’t actually gone yet when my appointment was, and she just missed my it. Or they are just now sending out the notice they should have sent out a month ago.Regardless, the email kind of pushed me over the top. This salon has frustrated me and I found everything (except Nicole’s help) very unprofessional.I do believe Poshe Salon has great stylists. But I do believe the overall business professionalism could use some adjustments before it effects more then just photoshoots.Services: Updos, HairstylingI want to start out by saying I typically do not write reviews. Critical: ValueVisited Poshe as a walk in after our normal stylist had to cancel. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and the establishment was super cute, clean and updated. The stylist smiled but seemed more annoyed that we took up her time as walk ins. My 3/4yr old was very excited to get her first haircut (that she could remember) but it seemed more of a chop and go. She asked her name and how old she was but then silence. It was just a trim that took up all of 10-15 min tops but I assumed after the trim she would at least spritz her hair, add a braid in or something. My trim was no different. All in all she did her job, trimmed our hair (only) and was paid $40 each. Unfortunately Super cuts does more for my boys at a less price and is friendly. So if your not an established client maybe go elsewhere.Visited Poshe as a walk in after our normal stylist had to cancel. I really loved my experience. Nicky did amazing on my hair. She was very patient and kind in making sure that my hair was exactly what I wanted. I got at least 10+ inches cut off, and a balyage that I have never done before. It turned out perfect! I love my new style

I am new to Louisiana and due to COVID it was very difficult to find a good salon after we moved. I found POSHE online and the other reviews looked good. I had my hair done about 2 months ago now amd am VERY happy with their service. I had a haircut and full highlights done. My hair needed some love very badly. I had a previous service done elsewhere and my hair was pretty dry/damaged. The salon itself is well appointed and managed. I was seen on time and the young lady who did my hair was very good. I came here from San Antonio and their pricing still seemed cheaper for everything I got. Typically, I would have paid upwards of $150 for haircut, shampoo, full highlights and hairstyle. (It was around $138 as I recall and I think it differs depending on who you book with.) Booking online was also super easy. Overall, great experience!
