My daughter and I went here yesterday. There were at least 3 workers in there and one other customer. We asked for mani and pedi. They said pick colors. We were picking may daughters colors and I told them I wanted gel. The girl with the customer said that they didn’t have time. It was 3pm. So we took our business and went down the street. I’m thankful we did. It was much cleaner and nicer at nail lounge.

I’ve been to this place a few times. I drive 30-40 minutes to get my nails done here because my local shops SUCK. I’ve had such horrible experiences in other salons that have way higher prices and bad quality. My cuticles have been cut so badly, my fingers burned for weeks.

Critical: ProfessionalismI arrived as a walk in around 2pm on a Monday wanting to get a pedicure. I was also considering getting a full set of acrylic pink and white nails. I was the only person in the shop. I was greeted by staff that genuinely appeared to be annoyed by me being there. They were very short with me, rushed through my pedicure, and when I inquired about the pink and white full set of acrylic nails, I was told the person who did them was off that day.The lady even rushed me out from under the drying area telling me I had been there long enough. This after having to fix the polish on my toes after rushing me to get under the drying lamp. she said “you’ve been here long enough you can wear those yellow shoes out to your car and carry your shoes.” ( referring to the throw away slip on’s they give you when painting your toes) I paid and because I’m a kind person, I still left a tip. But I will NEVER go back. Seriously HOW RUDE!!! They were open for business after all. What the heck?! Just wow. Bad day? I don’t know, but I surly won’t be back. I arrived as a walk in around 2pm on a Monday wanting to get a pedicure. I was also considering getting a full set of acrylic pink and white nails. I was the only person in the shop. I was greeted by staff that genuinely appeared to be annoyed by me being there. I LOVE this place. It is not your busy, talk it a different language the whole time you are there! The same lady always does mine, they are kind amd friendly. It is super clean and i wouldnt go anywhere else. I floated between a couple of other salons before trying this one and not going anywhere else.
