You only get one chance to make a first impression and that they did. From the entrance we were made to feel safe as you pass through a sanitizing gate. It wasn’t operative at the time but the presence of other health and safety standards were. There were signs promoting PPE and mask mandates for everyone’s safety and EVERYONE was masked. My party had an appointment and once acknowledged we were whisked a way to a private room with zero wait. I appreciate the fact that the technician that handled you was skilled in everything and stayed with you as we had pedicures and manicures with our assigned tech. Time and attention was taken and I did not feel rushed. The time spent was just right. Kelly, Lilly and Jennifer the esthetician we thank you. Job well done! We’ll be back

First time I came to posh to get a Halloween set, it was great. But I just left the nail salon and I’m sorry if I’m going to be paying over $100 for nails, I expect the details to be close to perfect. I shouldn’t have walked out the salon looking like I did and I could only critique the nail tech so much while she was doing it without sounding annoying. The ambience and everyone is nice, the nail art though, I definitely expect better for the price.

I recently switched to Posh as my go-to nail salon and I’m really pleased with my experience so far. If you’re looking for a more luxurious salon experience, this is it. The salon is super clean, they take Covid safety seriously and it’s operated well. Michelle is amazing! I’ll bring a photo of the nail design I want and she always makes it happen. I’m a perfectionist and she’s meticulous, so I always leave happy. Definitely recommend!

Found my new go to place for pedicures. I did a basic pedicure with callus remover and I am beyond happy with the results. The tech was so thorough with everything. I’ve never had anyone file my toenails so perfectly. I only wish I could remember her name so I could go with her again!!!

Positive: QualityI had been going to a nail salon at the bottom of the Ave for over 10 years. Their service has gone down hill since re-opening post-lockdown. I was getting infections in my toes and fingers from equipment not being sterilized properly, which I began to notice as the girls never took the time to clean up after finishing with a client. They only have 3 girls working per day and are always overbooked. I told the manager about my concerns, but she was firm on not making any changes. NOW I am extremely happy with Posh! My first time going was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had in any salon. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff didn’t rush you. The nail polish they use for Gel is very different from other brands, but the color turned out really well. Went in for a pedicure last minute on a Sunday . I think her name was Anne , she did an amazing job on my toes . I got the Gold spa pedicure with Gel . I definitely will be back .
