I went to this salon to get a full set with almond natural ombré gel for the holidays. The salon is beautiful but the quality of the manicure was less beautiful. The the shapes and thickness of the nails are all over the place and a hair from a brush left or person was left in my manicure. The quality of nails does not justify the cost this salon charges. Hope this help the next person.

I had An appointment 3 different times and they did nothing t hint my appointment . Twice they didn’t give me the tech I had the appointment with . The last time the front desk last called and changed my appointment . When I the arrived at the new appointed time i I Was asked to take a seat . Heather was busy with another client . After waiting I checked again and I was told 5 mins . Well I waited and waited. Nope she was still doing someone else’s nails . I guess they know how to take an appointment but not keep the appointment. After probably 10 years I will find another place to take my money .

I used to love going to Posh for their amazing service. However last week I went for a manicure and the nail technicians were talking about me and two other clients throughout the service in Spanish not realizing that I am half Cuban and understood everything they said. The nails broke the next day. So rude and disrespectful will not be back.
