HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! I went in to get blonding done on my dirty blonde hair and it was awful, it was yellow and orange! I had to beg Jenny to tone my hair. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she did just the opposite. She didn’t even bleach the bottom of my hair, only half so it was splotchy and yellow. Let alone did she make me blow dry my own hair or expected me to leave with dripping wet hair. I absolutely regret my decision of going to this salon. It’s a nice salon from the outside but once you get in, you’ll regret it!! If i were you, i would not go to this hair salon nor go to jenny for your hair!! “35 years of experience” for what?? she did a terrible job and was incredibly rude.
