Have been coming to Posh for a year now. Ashleigh the owner does my hair and I absolutely love it and adore her! I had been to so many salons in the area and always left disappointed and with damaged hair. I get so many compliments on my hair and color now. I will never go anywhere else! Everyone at the salon is friendly and knowledgeable. Madison at the front desk is in top of everything and makes it all seamless.

This was my first time at posh, and they were amazing! I never had my hair professionally styled before and they walked me through everything and answered all of my questions! Sarah and Jacob were my hair stylists today, and they were wonderful, They cut and colored my hair. I asked them to not use bleach to color( I have dark hair), and the first coloring did not turn out well, but they went and did it a second time, and I love how it turned out. Sarah also showed me how to style it for later later.

I came in for Haircut and discuss dryness. Stylist asked if I wanted Gloss while we were at the shampoo bowl. She said it would add smoothness. When I checked out I was also charged additional $65 for an emergency service when was never discussed. I did not realize this until I got home because I didn’t get a receipt in the store it was emailed and I also bought 4 items of product, so the price did seem off, I thought maybe it was the product…. I called back next business day and they insisted I had that treatment. I cant imagine when, but my hair is frizzed and the cut is very choppy and way shorter than what described to her. Especially around my face. I will say my stylist was nice. I did like her. But I believe I was deceptively over charged. And maybe should have gone to a more experienced stylist. She is level 2, but this was not a very good cut. I will have to have it fixed elsewhere. I have just cried over it. But it is done.

Kenzie did an amazing job getting rid of my awful orange color! The salon is comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated in a way that is both upscale, yet relaxing. The entire staff was helpful, answering all of my questions, and addressing hair health concerns I had. You cannot go wrong coming to Posh. Literally a hidden gem in Friendswood! If you need an awesome coloring and style, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
