UPDATE: The owner (Amanda) of the salon contacted me last week and offered to work with me to give me something I would like. Today at my appointment we discussed the options and came up with a plan. She added subtle highlights to give some dimension and break up the color. While I was there I asked her if she could give me a haircut. I walked out feeling fresh and happy.

Sent my 17 year old here using reviews on the booking site. I should have done more research bc this was a traumatic experience. We booked an apt with Libby. My daughter wanted face framing layers and a trim as well as some highlights around her and money pieces. My daughter paid and left, she should not have paid bc she did not get what she asked for at all. She cried all night. I called another salon to see if they could fix the damage done and luckily we were able to get in the next morning. It cost me over $300 to fix Poshs mistakes. I had to go ask to refund their color job. They were not going to refund the haircut until I asked the next day. I told the owner my daughter was traumatized and she needed to make this whole experience right. She said protocol was for us to allow them to fix it! NO WAY anyone in that salon would touch my daughters head again. Her hair is damaged and she has bangs she didn’t ask for for her senior year.

Payton has been absolutely amazing to me! Since day one of coming in wanting bangs, she has really taken care of me. She is now painstakingly trying to help me find the perfect shampoo and conditioner to help my hair. If you’re looking for someone who is efficient and thorough look no further!! I have been seeing stylist Payton for about a year now and I will never stray away. When I came to her I was dark brown and was wanting to go back blonde. Payton was so gracious with the process of getting me to the color I wanted! I booked all over color (no highlights) and a blow-dry. Was quoted $85 on the website. Never during the process was I told anything was going to cost extra. It ended up taking almost 2 hours and I had a color stain on the side of my face. I was then charged $125. 2 $20 charges for extra color which was never discussed. All I had was one color. I contacted the salon twice and no response. Will not be returning.

Went for a layer cut and got a straight cut, stylist doesn’t know what she is doing for sure. It took her soo long to even do this. She keeps trimming my hair for 70 minutes. This time not even include hair wash or blow drying. Should have taken the previous review seriously
