Critical: ProfessionalismI usually don’t leave reviews but wished someone would have warned me before purchasing a Groupon with Danielle.The first time I went to my appointment, 45 minutes from my house, only for her to say she could not guarantee because of the rainy weather. It had been rainy all morning, and she could have texted me. She had my information.The second time, I drove again to her salon when she wasn’t there. I went back home. She texts me after an hour to say she is running late, and I had my time wrong even though she remembers we had discussed the appointment time I had showed up for in the morning. Both times I hired a babysitter and took time off from work.After the second time, I asked for a refund since I purchased a Groupon for over $100.00. Danielle is knowledgeable and very thoughtful. She stays busy because she is great at what she does. If you aren’t sure about your hair decisions, ask her. She gave me good advice regarding my hair as well.

I’m so glad I found Linda and Posh Pineapple 10 years ago. I was very disappointed with the hair stylists I’d previously been too. There was a lack of consistency to my cuts and color. Linda is amazing! She is the ultimate professional. She knows just how to handle my hair (it’s straight in the winter and curly in the summer) and when I wanted to make an adjustment to my color (make it a little less red but not make it darker or more gold) she knew exactly what it needed! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend her services.

Very disappointed. Aleisa did a nice job on my color but extremely unprofessional. Was late for my first appointment and now for my second, scheduled 2 months in advance, is too busy to see me and expects me to see her coworker on a different day/time on short notice. I will not be going back and do not recommend.

Back in May I purchased a groupon and called Peggy right away to schedule an appointment. I called her and left a message (clearly it was her cell phone and not Posh Pinapple Salon), a week and a half later I still had not heard back from her so I called again and did not get an answer. Finally I texted her as her voice mail said I could do and was able to make an appointment that way. We had one scheduled, but I had to reschedule due to needing to go out of town (once again, wouldn’t answer her phone but would schedule only through texting). The new date arrives and I was having trouble finding the location since its in a back of another building and she again would not answer or text when I needed help. I finally find it, thankful that I was even on time! I sit down and wait with my three young kids (infant up to 6 years old)…and no one in the salon even acknowledges our presence. No “Welcome!” No “Who are you here to see?” until 30 minutes later Peggy asks who I am waiting for, I tell her, and tells me its her and she is running late and it should be another 15 minutes. I figure my kids and I have been patiently waiting for 30 minutes, we can wait another 15. While we are waiting a woman comes in (also unaddressed by staff so I assumed she was waiting for another stylist) and sits beside us. Peggy gets done with her client and calls the lady beside me to her chair to get her hair done. Peggy then finally realizes that there is an issue and looks on her calender to see that she didn’t even write down our appointment. So I have now waited 45 minutes for no reason…and the woman who has been there 5 minutes gets to go ahead and I have to reschedule for Peggy’s mistake. Do you KNOW how hard it is to keep an infant, a 2 year old, and 6 year old still, quiet, and sharing for 45 minutes?!
