Dropped into the Posh Pedi Spa on a Tuesday morning as a walk-in client. I was greeted by Alvin who was pleasant and engaging, informative of pricing upfront, he assisted in helping me with figuring out what would look best on my nails. I was offered a drink by a coworker. The place was clean relaxing, beautiful ambience. Alvin did a great job taking the old gel nails off and creating a new look for me. I love my nails not too bulky natural look and feels elegant. I will be back.

I usually get told I have too short of nails to do anything with by other shops, the nail techs at Posh Pedi Spa did not once say anything negative about the length of my natural nails! Worst experience ! I told her I wanted her to cut my nails, not file. And she files them. She filed it so much that it hurt and cut me. So after she did that, I told her I wanted no alcohol on them because it’s gonna burn. She said okay, and sprays alcohol. I even said, “ouch it hurts” and she ignored me and sprayed more, thinking I said more. Then she wanted me to dunk my feet in the water and I did and took them out right away because the foot scrub that was in there burned my cuts. Let alone when she started putting the nail polish it looked horrible ! I was so upset I just wanted her to finish so I could leave. I paid and didn’t tip because she ignored everything I had told her I wanted and wouldn’t let me finish explaining. I will not be retuning to this place. I wanted to relax and pamper myself for once and this is what I got. Terrible !

One of the worst manicures I have had! Just wanted something simply and quick and it was pretty bad! Polish was more on the sides of my nails then on my nails. Polish took over an hour to dry because it was so thick. The lady that did my manicure just left me to dry my nails under a fan and never came back to check on me. Another employee had to fix a few nails that didn’t dry properly.

Absolutely love my nails! Alvim did such an excellent job!’ I showed him the design and he did even better. And he did so fast. Less than an hour the place is clean , no strong smell of acetone at all. Highly recommended!!!! Will definitely come back again ❤️
