Worst service ever. Called the salon and told them i needed an appointment and had a Groupon voucher and she said she would call me back. She did not call me back and i called twice (in the evening and the next day). Nobody picked up so I left messages twice and 36 hours later, still no call back. They really shouldn’t put their services out there or on Groupon if this is how they treat customers. If I could rate 0 out of 5 stars, I would.

I used a Groupon and it took a few months to get an appointment. They were very nice but very rough with my fingers. They are swollen and red and have cuts all over them. My nails also don’t look professionally done. They are all slanted and the paint job looks sloppy…someone asked me if I did them myself. I was very disappointed.

The place has terrible customer service. My friend and I came on a Saturday with a scheduled appointment for a facial. The appointment was at 11:30 and they did not take her until 12. We even called before hand about five times and no one picked up the phone. My friend has been in the back currently for about 20 minutes and the woman who is supposed to be giving her a facial is out here with other customers. Bottom line terrible customer service and a waste of money and time.

I bought a Groupon for a pedicure in the amount of $15. I suggest you save your money. I was very disappointed. First the vibrating chair did not work second they hardly massage my legs at all or scrub my feet really good. Third the nail polish was put on too thick and came off after 4 hours. I don’t know about anybody else but the reason I like pedicures so much is because of the vibrating chairs and the great leg massage you usually get. So do yourself a favor and save your money and go to a different place. I am not sure why this had a five star review. WORST pedicure ever!

Purchased a Living Social voucher for a mani-pedi which clearly said same day appointments were accepted. Called 3 days before desired day and time to set up appointment, and person said their next available appointment wasn’t until a weekday morning almost an entire week later (for a nail shop). The lady I spoke with was rude and unwilling to compromise, and she seemed annoyed that I had a discounted voucher in the first place, on a site that SHE offered her services on. Will not ever bring my business here nor will I recommend this place to others…

Voicemail stays full and have been unable to leave a message for services. I bought the services through Groupon. Sent a message over Facebook messenger which was read, but no response. Sent another Facebook message with my phone number. No response. Total waste of money.
