I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years and this was the most painful nail appointment of my life. The design was nothing close to what I wanted, but I could live with that if it hadn’t been so painful even when I asked the nail tech to stop. He kept begging me to come back for a free redesign, but I just don’t even want him to ever do my nails again. This was my first visit and I was just nearby for my child to attend another activity, so I made an appointment here for the time I had free. I should have refused to pay, but I’m not that kind of person and don’t want anyone to go without being paid. Attached is a picture of what I wanted and what I got.

After a few bad experiences at other nail salons I have to say the service was awesome. They really take care of their customers. Although they were busy, they were not rushing to service you. ALL Around I say patrons getting their money worth. This was the best pedicure I have had out of all the shops in town.

Was there the Friday b4 NYE 2022 and was immediately taken to the pedicure seat and water added and sat in that water for 45mins-1hr. No drinks offered. No one said anything. I was ready to go at minute 20 but my guest wanted to stay. They had none of the blue shades I wanted BUT the receptionist was able to find it immediately… Decided to get manicure dip full set since we was there and seemed like more staff was available. Waited another 30-45mins. Then they didn’t have the color that was on my toes for my nails (I only wanted 5 thin line design on fingers) I explained the polish on my toes can be used on nails as I’ve had this done dozens of times but clearly they didn’t know that. My nails are lumpy and kinds pointing upward like they are bent backwards. Was there over 3hrs. Never again.

Horrible experience today. Technician clipped my toe – pretty sore. Nail polish was all over my skin/toes. Polish looks like my grand daughter did it. She was texting while doing my leg massage.I had been here before but will never come back. Pedicure

I really love getting my nails done here. They do them exactly how I like them. They last longer look better and they kinda pamper us at this particular salon. Even though it’s a little more costly. They are the best.

My mom, sister, and I all got a mani/pedi today and it was an fantastic experience. The staff was great, our nails look great, we love the location and the ambience. Wine made the experience even better. This is definitely going to our new place!

I usually use Haha to do my nails. She is very quick and patient. She always jam on my nail designs. I went in and had a guy do my nails in Hana’s place. This is the design I asked for a got just that. Thanks Van!
