While it seemed clean and hygienic, unfortunately the service was not great. the woman who did my nails seemed hurried and annoyed. When I asked her for a simple design and showed a picture (one that is much more simple than some of the pictures on their website), she begrudgingly said okay and did the design. When she was done, she just stood up and walked away without telling us if we were done or not. Even though we had made an appointment, it felt as if we were bothering them. They did two coats and with this color, I think they should have done three as you can still see my nail underneath the polish/the color is inconsistent. Also, for many of my nails, the polish doesn’t even go all the way down to the end of the nail bed, so they look unfinished. The attached photos are exactly 1 day after getting them done. My friend had a much better experience with her nails, so I do think it depends on who you get.

The pedicures are sub-par… I definitely feel like it’s a waste of money going here. The staff is nice enough, but there is no attention to detail, the buffing of nail beds are uneven and minimal. Callous smoothing is virtually nonexistent, they rub the area so briefly, it hardly removes any roughness. I’ve tried several techs over the years (out of convenience of location and time) and they fall so short. I think i have to finally give up on this location, the convenience isn’t worth my money anymore.

I have never been to this place before, but I’m glad I went. The service was excellent. They were friendly and understanding when my mom was late; they did awesomely on our nails. Lin and Helen did a great job. I’m going back when I want to feel girly.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment, I had a picture of the color, shape and length of nails I wanted and they turned out exactly like the picture! This was my first experience with dip and it won’t be my last. Quality work! Dip powder

My pedicure experience was terrible. I asked my nails to be cut short and they were left too long. I asked Danny why didn’t file or buff them and was told because he cut them, it wasn’t needed. The entire time he kept checking his watch like he had somewhere else he needed to be.
