This place is fantastic. Facility is modern, inviting and always clean. I’ve never been happier with my nails. The dip is nice and thin, the shape is just what I wanted and Mindy did a great job painting my snowflake.

Normally have a great experience with Posh nails and their multiple locations. However I could have done a better job on my own manicure than I paid for here. Black dots in the polish and polish all over my cuticles. When I asked her to remove it she was resistant and in a bad mode the whole service. I believe her name was Tammy however I would be cautious going here as it was not worth my money. Will seek out another mail place which is disappointing as I really liked coming here.

Well to start my nails really look good, but it was not what I wanted AT ALL. I went in for a fill and ended up leaving with a full set and $67 later that would normally be $42. I wanted a fill and she (idek her name) said no you need it redone (+$10), for the color you want +$5, you want your nails in the almond shape +$5. Not to mention she kept pushing my hand and hit me with the electric nail buffer 5 times. They look good even tho it’s NOT what I wanted; so overall looks good but communication severely lacking especially when there’s an up charge.

I was pretty disappointed. The nail Tech was extremely sick which was not comfortable for me sitting so close the whole time. Coughing, sneezing, Etc. Of course I felt bad and didn’t want to say anything but after reflecting on this- it’s really not safe especially with everything going around right now. Also the pedicure was not great 🙁 I feel I got shystered & did not get the services I paid for, All while my health was put at risk. If your clients recognize your employees are clearly sick & you don’t- there’s a big problem. It is disrespectful to clients to have employees come in when they’re sick. And of course it clearly shows a lack of respect to your employees. I really would Like my pedicure at least to be corrected. I am a very passive person but I shouldn’t have had to fork out $70 for a mediocre at best pedicure.

I came in for the 2nd time ever today. It was my only day off and saved money to get my nails done for my birthday dinner this weekend. After my nails were done pretty horribly, I quietly and politely asked if I could come back Saturday morning before my birthday celebration to have them fixed by someone else and was told to sit down and have the same person redo them or pay. I really couldn’t have sat back down because my fingertips and cuticles were bleeding from the process. I requested i would like someone else and the payment screen was pushed into my face. So I paid it, went to my old salon and paid another full amount. I’m just a little surprised how things were handled amd how I was treated. I guess the worst thing is that I don’t return but was hoping to become a regular since I just moved here. Was not decent treatment at all for clients.

I come back to Posh again and again. They always get me in, and are so efficient in timing. They’re never pushy with other services, and I love their pedicures. This last pedi I had I upgraded to a hot stone massage, and I am so thankful I did! The best treat for sore muscles.
