If you are someone of Hispanic or African American decent PLEASE avoid this nail shop at all cost! The customer service here was ridiculously rude! My 10 year old daughter and I went in for one manicure and one nail paint. They proceed to ask if I want gel but I kindly denied the gel. The lady doing my nail proceeds to be rude and aggressive handling my nails. Almost like she was upset I choose to get regular nail polish. She then proceeds to ask me to pay for the service before she even paints my nails. Mind you I’m the only person in the whole salon who was asked to pay before paint. Almost like they assumed I wasn’t going to pay. I ignored the shortness because I truly am not the type of person to create a scene. Plus I had my daughter with me and wanted to be a good example to express your needs when someone doesn’t get it right. Use your voice.

My first time here and so grateful they are open until 8pm. So lucky they squeezed me before the holiday weekend. I came in with my man hands and walk out feeling bad and boujie! The salon was not clean or organized. We made an appointment and they acted as if we just walked in and made us wait. One girl was there well before us and she still wasn’t helped. She even looked at me and said “I’m about to walk out”. They had the nail samples on the table in which I picked out a specific color. When it came to implementing it the guy had no idea how to do it. Another worker aggressively came over and had to do it. I asked for purple, she decided she liked silver. My nails look worn already and were not cheap. Picture is from same day. I will not be returning.

Awful customer service!!!! Stay away from this salon. They are terrible with people. I had to stop going there after a recent experience where the woman doing my nails was being extremely rough and caused me to bleed. When I spoke up about it she seemed to get even more upset and went out of her way to mock me and be condescending. I started going to a nearby salon instead which is way better than POSH salon on all levels. And you will not believe it- a woman walks in almost in tears saying she was just across the street getting her nails done @ POSH nail salon and the man doing her nails yelled at her and told her to LEAVE! She said after being told to leave she drove across the street because they didn’t even finish her nails and she needed them done for a dinner party. I felt so bad for her and couldn’t believe they would treat a customer that way. They are so unprofessional and clearly they are making a bad reputation for themselves. Stay away from this salon and/or report them for their horrible service.

Love this nail salon! I’ve been 4 or 5 times now after my previous salon closed during Covid. All the ladies have been great and I’ve left very happy every single time. I always have my nails short, but I’ve seen fantastic long styles with impressive designs too. Thanks to John who’s always smiling, and Kim and Molina have been so sweet.

I love this place, but always make an appointment! They do a really good job so they’re often busy! I always ask for Ann, she knows what I like and doesn’t pressure me to try something I don’t like on my nails. I like short nails, usually neutral or pastel colors, and some sparkle, a glitter coat on top. In the past when I tried other nail salon and they talked me into doing long nails and I immediately regretted it. They do great service and Ann is super nice and already knows what I like and shows me new colors that fit my preferences! My hands get very dry so I also ask her to cut around my nail and make it look nice and fresh! So satisfied and happy everytime I leave!

The nail tech didn’t do anything I asked, she left me multiple times to go help other places and talked me out of everything I was trying to have her do.
