Very clean, nice atmosphere. Little more expensive than other salons but they have better colors and designs than other places too. They do lots of business, so try not to go on your lunch break because I was in longer than an hour. The tech was very sweet and courteous. Also bought some amazing sugar scrub for only $10! Would you pay $96 for this? Well I did and I didn’t even stay to finish my manicure my experience was so bad. First, I had made an appointment with a specific technician. When I arrived, I was told I she was behind and they offered me another technician for my pedicure and the technician I requested for my manicure (FYI the requested technician never worked on me even though she was free when my manicure started). The technician who worked on me had terrible attention to detail: wasn’t neat in removing my cuticles (pretty obvious in the pictures, haphazardly took a nail file to my nails (I had another technician step in to fix it but there really was no fixing it), she sanded down my nails to the point it’s paper thin (see picture), for my pedicure, there is gel polish on the surrounding cuticle and skin area so in a few days it’s most likely going to start lifting/peeling.

First experience at Posh for a basic pedicure. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Lots of colors to choose from. From out of town and had an appointment but arrived early and was able to get right in. Glad we got there early because it got busy about 30 minutes later. I don’t get pedicures often but loved it and will definitely go back.

This was my second time going to see Jade at Posh since I moved to Amarillo. The salon itself is decorated well and has a very relaxed environment, all of the techs are very accommodating and nice. Jade is an amazing tech! The first time she did my nails, I got tips and dip but I also had her do designs which she is amazing at (I got so many compliments on them). This time, I just did regular dip on my natural nails. She shaped them beautifully and really took her time to make sure they were even. They look so beautiful and I look forward to my next appointment!

Kenny is not the technician for anyone expecting competent nails. Please give him more training before putting out at a station. My other woman was good and the pedicures there were great. Would highly suggest making an appointment because a walk-in took us 3 hours for just 1 set of nails. After waiting 3 hours we were given poor service and lots of attitude from the technicians.

We have used posh for a long time but we don’t go very often. This was my first disappointing experience. I got a pedicure and it was amazing. Then went to get dip….I never do tips, but the gal insisted that I had to. I wanted the same color on my fingers as my toes. Gave her the bottle. I have 2 different colors. I will be having them redo it. I would have had them do it right away but I had a class to attend.
