Jessy did an excellent job on my nails! This was my first time in Posh, so I was unsure what to expect. But she listened to what I wanted and the pricing was very reasonable. I will be coming back.

I don’t normally go and get mani / pedis but my daughter really likes them . I took her yesterday and we both got maincures. I did the mermaid gel paint and the edges are already coming up. I just had it done yesterday. I don’t think that is normal and my daughter got the manicure with gel and the glue on nails. They did a very poor job with hers , they look good on the nails but underneath the tips is full of glue. All over the end of her finger tips too. It looks really bad and chunky even. Half way thru her maincures, Her technician left to go do eyebrows and just left her sitting there to ” dry ” . Also I noticed a gross odor like smelly feet coming from my nails now. I tried scrubbing them and every thing. It won’t go away. It smells like it’s coming from the polish. I’m pretty grossed out about that…

They are very nice but they won’t give you what you want. My sister and I went there and both of our nails are messed up. We went back to fix them and they still didn’t do much. The nails were super chunky and they added a weird top coat that turned out to be matte which I really didn’t want. Pedicure, Manicure

Had a great pedicure. The woman who did my nails cut several of my cuticles with an arcyrillic fill. She didn’t bother to see if the nails were even when she cut them down even after I asked her to check. I definitely won’t be going back to this shop.

Critical: QualityI would give it negative stars but I have to give one to write a review , Horrible service don’t go there! My teenager went today and asked the lady to not cut her nails and what does she do cut them! Not to mention she didn’t do her cuticles and the shape is horrible. It was her first time going and she wanted to just fix her natural nails and she left with a bad experience never going againService: ManicureI would give it negative stars but I have to give one to write a review , Horrible service don’t go there! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame in as a walk in around 2pm, there was no one in the store, but I still asked the lady who sits in the second to last chair on the left side if she was available. She was scrolling on her phone and kind of ignored me, she looked up and asked what I wanted. Pretty much making it seem like I was an inconvenience for coming in. I told her I wanted to do acrylic nails, she told me dip powder was better, I wanted to eventually have my nails refilled and explained that to her, again she suggested dip powder because “acrylics are more difficult”. I said that’s okay I still want acrylic, she pointed at the colors and told me to pick one. There was a younger lady working there who was assisting the customer next to me who was making a point to talk with her customer and not ignore her. All of this is a whatever when it comes to customer service I’m used to people not being very friendly at nail salons. What really makes me mad is that I realized today that I was charged $40 for an acrylic set that is advertised as $25. The DIP POWDER nails are advertised as $40. Safe to say that unless you want to be charged $15 more for something you didn’t get then feel free to go here. I know I won’t be back and I will continue looking for a friendly nail salon.Came in as a walk in around 2pm, there was no one in the store, but I still asked the lady who sits in the second to last chair on the left side if she was available. $84 for a gel pedicure seems like a lot of money when you can’t even remember to put topcoat on one of my big toes. There was also water dripping from the ceiling and a weird smell. Will not be returning. Pedicure
