Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI told her I didn’t like them.. she said “it looks like the picture” and still charged me full price. She was messy with the polish. I told her to take access off and still had polish on my hands., when I came home, I had to do it myself. Which I paid her to do!.. the whole time I was there she was asking questions about my whole life story which is not professional?.. and was always talking about how much money she has!! I told her I didn’t like them.. she said “it looks like the picture” and still charged me full price. She was messy with the polish. I told her to take access off and still had polish on my hands., when I came home, I had to do it myself. Critical: Punctuality, QualityThe nails just don’t look like what they are supposed to. I called the salon shards of time to make sure that they had an opening and waited in the lobby for 45 mins before being helped. I will say that the woman was very nice. The customer service was good, and she made many of us in the salon laugh many time. But I asked for V French tips. None of the lines are straight, and she acted like she was in just a rush to get them done and get me out or something. I got acrylics and she made them excessively thick. It looks like I have talons she made them so thick. All around, I think they just look bad. The nails just don’t look like what they are supposed to. I called the salon shards of time to make sure that they had an opening and waited in the lobby for 45 mins before being helped. I will say that the woman was very nice. The customer service was good, and she made many of us in the salon laugh many time. But I asked for V French tips.
