Cindy did an awesome job in shaping my nails exactly how I wanted them. I had them done previously somewhere else and ended up having to have them filed down due to class, which made them not a good shape. Cindy made them exactly how I wanted, they actually came out better than described. The color is awesome especially this time for fall. My mom and I had a lovely experience there today for a manicure and pedicures. My mother had surgery not that long ago on her arm so it remained in a sling while the manager was kind enough to do her manicure while sitting having her pedicure. She was so gentle with her and did such a professional job, my mom was so happy! We both felt truly pampered and we really enjoyed our experience. We have our next appointment scheduled, thank you Posh Nails for such a friendly professional experience in such a beautiful clean shop.

The first time I came (2Thursdays ago) I had to turn around the following Monday I had to have 3 nails repaired (gel polish). I gave them theyl benefit of doubt and brought my 2 nieces (9 & 13) back today. I tell the guy we just want polish he asks no manicure. I repeated polish only. He asked of we wanted a pedicure. Again I said to him polish only. He walks us to the back and motions for us to sit in the spa chairs. I held my hand up and said I only want my nails polished. As we were heading back to the nail stations I noticed the woman who had done a horrible job two weeks ago coming thru the door. And I said to him I dont want her to do my nails. He motioned for the woman already there doing nothing to come and do my nails she tried to push me off on the girl I had just told him was not doing my nails today. I guess the look on my face let her know I wasn’t going to that station. She came over reluctantly and sat down talking about a manicure I showed her my already long natural nails and said I only want polish. She said it doesn’t last long are you sure. I said its ok. I hand her the color I want shes still trying to push gel polish off on me. Again I tell her I only want the polish in her hand. She started to explain why its better to get gel than regular polish. Perturbed, I got up from her station and said well I dont want anything. I find it hard to believe this woman believes a woman my age doesn’t know that. The reason I get polish is because I like getting my nails done! I dont mind going a few times a week! Once you net a million $10 for sum polish a few times a week doesn’t hurt you. Long rant I know. But I said all that to say I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!
