Very easy to communicate what I wanted. The space was clean and neat. Also, they were very thoughtful with my cuticles, and did filing in place of drilling, but do seem offer both if you would like. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI can’t say enough how AWESOME this nail salon is. It’s for certain not your typical nail salon in Columbia! Finally, one that actually cares about your satisfaction. One you can CLEARLY COMMUNICATE with everybody working. It’s so refreshing to be able to communicate in our American language! A very clean and organized salon with real professionals who truly care about their work and your satisfaction as a customer. You won’t find any rudeness here as you so often do at other shopping center locations, YOU won’t hear mumblings and ramblings in a foreign language from someone who looks miserable and forced to work, you will see smiling happy faces, you will hear laughter, and you can actually enjoy the experience- Stress free! Isn’t that the point? Employees are happy here—that tells me they have great management. Carrie Ruth did my mani/pedi and she did an excellent job! So sweet and caring with your satisfaction as her main goal. All the others in there were just as friendly and kind.
