I never write bad reviews but this was a very horrible experience. Stay away. The final product was average at best. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. What made this horrible was the customer service. I entered as a walk-in and asked for both a pedicure and a gel manicure. They quickly began my pedicure which was going fine aside from the fact that the man doing the pedicure tickled my foot to get my attention (this was a little odd but no big deal). As my pedicure was coming to an end two other ladies walked in they were white and I am not. The staff was much friendlier with them upon greeting them. They were even asked if they’d like something to drink. I was never asked if I’d like something and I had been there quite a while. The place was not busy. It was only me. When the lady came over to do my nails she was being a little rough but no big deal she then asked do u want a fake nail I said yea but a very short one she said ok. She then began to do the manicure. She skipped the fake nail part and began applying the gel top coat. I then said remember I asked for a fake nail. She then sighed and said oh no you didn’t ask for that. I said yes I did but I wasn’t going to argue I said fine whatever. She then says if u want a fake nail you will have to wait because they have an appointment. It did not seem like they had an appointment to me they were treated like a walk in upon arrival. I asked her just do them on my natural nail because I was very irritated at this point. I am not one to always go straight to “racism” but this is what it felt like to me. In words it doesn’t seem that bad but the feeling I had when I left was horrible. I a person of color received sub par service and a white person received exceptional service. I will never be returning and I hope you will also find a different place. Our money is just as green as anyone else’s and there are plenty of places that will treat us equally.

I’ve been to many nail salons and this place went above and beyond my expectations. I’m super happy with my pedicure! It was my boyfriend’s first time getting one and it was great. I just moved in the area and I feel like this is a hidden jewel! Very great place and hard working.

Bomb massages, friendly and nice staff… I will be a repeat customer for SURE. (Edit; I am now one! I’ve been here 5-6 times since my initial review) Love it here. Please support them!

I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT COME HERE. They are scammers, they told me my total would be $80 even, then they charged my card $80 and then went back and changed it to $90. I tipped them in $15 in cash and they put that I put a $10 tip on card while still taking my cash. I even wrote on the receipt that I was tipping in cash and my total was to be $80. Upon talking to other people this has happened multiple times. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT come here and save your money.

The best Pedicure I’ve ever had with my wife!!!!!!! I actually went to sleep while someone was messing with my feet. The massage put the whole experience over the top for me. My pedicurist just did her thing. She didn’t try to have a conversation she let me relax! Thank you for experience Posh!!!! Pedicure

I had an amazing experience at Posh today. Vy did a great with my gel manicure and Posh pedicure. She took lots of time making sure everything was perfect. I also had my brows done and they look fantastic. I found the prices to be great, even before their 20% discount. I will definitely go back.
