ZERO stars should be an option for this salon! I went in for a pedicure a few days ago and woke up the next morning with a painfully swollen and red big toe. It was so bad that I had to see a doctor, who prescribed ten days of oral antibiotics for paronychia, a bacterial skin infection of the tissue adjacent to the nail. Without a doubt, the infection was acquired at this salon and was due to it’s poor disinfection practices. Besides the intense pain, cost of the doctor’s visit/medication and being able to wear only flip-flops in the middle of January because of the swelling and tenderness, the worst part is that most likely my entire toe nail is going to fall off. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I had a very bad experience at this place, they were done with my pedicure( without being exaggerated) like in 5 min, I wouldn’t had complained if they had done a good job but I would had done it better myself. Besides that they insisted on offering the different packages

Just feel like this place is way overpriced it’s 58$ for a gel pedicure and 25 for a regular manicure no polish the pedicure can be good or bad depending on who you get but for this much money I need them to do an exceptional job all the time Pedicure

I don’t usually write negative reviews but I was just honestly so disappointed. I went to get a pedicure with my friend and we were told there would be a 15 min wait which wasn’t a problem since they seemed pretty busy. I didn’t mind waiting but we were waiting for half an hour just to be sat in the chair and then they immediately started on my friend while I had to wait an additional 30 mins just to have my pedicure begin. And despite us both getting a deluxe pedicure mine was finished much before theirs was and they started on me late. It just didn’t seem like the same care was taken at all. So I had to wait an hour in total and the water temperature was cold and uncomfortable the whole time. We were both disappointed with the lack of service as well as the quality of the pedicure itself. We were also pressured to get gel which seemed pricey as well as to pay in cash instead of card which just seemed shady. And one more thing was the owner was asking my friend to fix her tv while they were in the middle of their pedicure. It was just sort of unprofessional. I will just stick to my regular spot for pedicures from now on.

DO NOT go to this place if you care about being treated kindly and respectfully, want a relaxing experience, or quality work done.

This place was better with the old management. The new team that’s in there doesn’t provide consistent quality. Sometimes you go and you get a good nail tech (which is rare) other times you go and they over fill your acrylics (which causes them to lift after a few days) and shred your cuticles. Plus they charge you $16 for gel nail polish on top of the price of the pedicure which I think is a bit obsessive. If you don’t get acrylic nails this might be the place for you, but if you do then I’d suggest trying somewhere else. Been going here 10+ years and am very disappointed I have to find somewhere else.
