Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe only one that I liked in service was Cindy . She understood I only had an hour and did my nails perfect. I called early and place an appointment online yesterday at 1 letting them know I only had an hour and when I arrived they had no one ready for me . I waited half an hour and the lady that did my nails was not even trying to speed up or even did my nails in a presentable manner to begin with . My nails have bumps on them and she said all she needed to do was the top coat which obviously was t the case. I had to leave without them being done was charged most of the job. Not to mention she didn’t even note the time I was coming back to finish my nails so when I did come back she asked me to come back in 45 minutes. The people there don’t wear gloves when doing your nails. They rarely wear mask. And they are never on time . The nail tech was very pleasant. However, I asked for a pedicure with gel polish. I must say that it was not the best pedicure I’ve ever had and it was extremely OVERPRICED! They charged me 20 dollars extra for the gel polish! I would’ve been happy with paying for it but I can tell you that I did NOT get my 65 dollars worth. It also took 2 hours to get the pedicure. If I’m ever in thar area again…I would most definitely not be visiting this nail salon.

I’d give 0, but not an option. Worst place to get nails done, took 2 hours to do a simple dip and they were crooked and shaped horrible. The tech was very rude, not a place I’d recommend or ever go to again! Don’t waste your time or money!

I had my eyebrows done here and my daughter had her toenails painted. My daughter’s service was beyond excellent!! My eyebrows wax, however, was one of the worst I’ve had in a long while. The redness that you are seeing is from a scab that a mixture of too hot wax and residual wax has caused. There is still wax on my lid, I did see that when I was given a mirror to check the work done but thought that Aloe would be applied to help sooth and remove excess, that did not happen. Overall I’m happy with the conversations we had an my daughter’s service but sad about mine. I can’t go out today looking like this and it hurts to touch the burn/scab.

Tried the dip powder or SNS for the first time and they were not as good as they advertised. Super thick and none of techs could draw a decent heart on my nails smh but the colors were cute right?? Pedicure was done well but not enough coats to last. they’re prices are affordable and the work shows.
