Love getting pedicures here so I figured I’d get acrylics done here too. I gave it a shot and ended up being disappointed. I was very detailed with how I wanted them and they didn’t come out how I wanted. On my pointer finger one of my nails was smaller than the pointer finger on the other hand ( I noticed this after I walked out and made it home so i immediately came back the next day as I paid $65 for my nails and I was leaving to vacation). When I came back the next day the man tried to tell me that nails come in all different shapes and sizes and that’s why they don’t match. I was left like what?? I’ve done my nails a lot and never left a salon with my nails on one hand looking completely different from the other, the whole point is to have them look symmetrical. He said he didn’t see what I was talking about even though it was clear as day. What’s funny was that he was able to point out that my ring was missing a stone and my watch battery had died, but you can’t see that the work you did was wrong?? Next time pay attention to the clients nails and don’t point things out about what they have on. I had asked for a design and showed a picture and asked the guy if he could do it and he said yes. The design did not come out looking like the picture, so the next day when I returned I asked him to shave off the designs and just paint them all the same color because the more I stared at it, the angrier I became. He did and did not charge me so I was happy for the effort to try to make me happy, however I still wasn’t satisfied because he never fixed the two nails that were different sizes. On top of that the gel on my nails peeled when I was on vacation. For $65 it was not worth it. I don’t mind spending money when it comes to pampering myself but when it doesn’t come out the way I expect it to that’s when I have an issue.

Professional salon that is clean and well run. I am very happy with my nails and the service given to me. Owners are polite and treat customers very nice. I had went to another salon in Brooklyn prior with a higher rating that ruined my nails and I am so happy Lindsay could help fix my nails and make them look beautiful and exactly how I wanted. Thank you for helping me with my nails I love them I had a gel fill and I am a very happy customer and would recommend this salon!

What I wanted and what I got!!! I kept requesting to the OLD MAN how I wanted it and he kept refusing to do it the way I wanted, saying my nail is too small for the French red nail design. It was obvious that he even didn’t know how to do both designs and I still ended up paying paid $68 for this simple work. So disappointed with the lack of execution and paying for something I didn’t want. Avoid this place like the plague.

Finding a good nail salon that actually delivered what I want is nearly impossible on 5th Ave. I’ve tried them all. Nothing but disappointment. Give posh the benefit of the doubt because of the good reviews, but surely, was so disappointed! I actually cried when I got home. My nails are bulky, and nail paint l all over the place. They are so ugly. If you show a nail tech a pic of what you want. They should be able to deliver. Not Posh or any of these nail places in park slope. The pedicure guy also kept on challenging what I wanted as well. I was so over it. Never again.

I’ve been here twice now, and I have yet to be disappointed. The first time I got a spa pedicure (amazing!) and dip powder for my nails (SNS). I recently went back to get the SNS redone — Martin is a true professional. He took off the SNS efficiently and without causing damage to my nails (far better than other places I’ve been!).

I go every 2 weeks to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they always take care of me. Of course I have my regular go to person, but even the others do really good work. I like this place a lot. Another excellent experience!

I loved it. The ambience is real calm and modern. It was very quiet for a Saturday. I was seen right away. I had an appointment for SNS nails, but asked to get a pedicure also and they obliged with no hesitation or delay. The outcome is great. Kani did a great job. This may be my new spot!

I’ve been going since the day I walked by this winter and I’ve gone no where else! My daughter and I have been going every two weeks for our gel manicures. They are always so welcoming and nice. Every technician is professional and friendly. They’re always to accommodating with any and all designs and colors variations we want. So happy they’re here and I’m afraid the word will get around. Lol

After being disappointed over and over again at various salons on 5th Ave, I decided give Posh a try. I’ve been here twice and hope to become a long term client. I’ve had consistently good customer service and my nails come out perfect. I don’t have to tell them to fix anything. They get it! Not sure what the poor reviews are about. The owner did my hands on my second visit and her husband serviced me on my first visit. Amy did my feet on my second visit. Everyone is polite and meticulous. Prices are fair and the shop is clean and “posh” as the name states. I consider this salon far better than the other salons in Park Slope.
