Love this place. Manager Mindy goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Staff is friendly and services are well priced. Business is super clean, sanitized, and recently renovated. It’s the only place I’ll go to get my nails done!

I got a gel manicure from Mindy and she was the sweetest and paid so much attention to detail. I had gotten stuck in traffic and showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment but Mindy made me feel welcome anyway and didn’t make me feel bad for being so late. She conversed with me throughout the appointment and was one of the nicest and friendliest nail techs I’ve ever encountered. The other staff were also very friendly and genuinely kind people. I don’t live close to Posh at all and found them through Classpass, but will absolutely come back again and again because they are just such pleasant people and actually care so much to satisfy their customers. It is also a really clean salon and their tools look clean. I would recommend Posh to anyone who is looking for good prices, top-notch service, and great skills.

Awful experience . I called in for a gel appointment and once I arrived they told me to give them a minute I sat and they took 45 minutes to take me in , I would of appreciate it if they just told me to come in at a later time . The tech that did my nails was taking another client before me and she DID NOT CLEAN OR SANATIZE the things she used to do her nails , she just put them away and then proceed to do my nails with the dirty utensils. The nail filler they use is literally the ones from the dollar tree store , not professional at all for a nail salon, the lady did not even clean my nails properly and just spray alcohol over them even though I mentioned I had some cuts . Once she finished my nails she spray them with alcohol again and put a cotton ball on top ( it literally messed up and ruin my whole manicure and idk why she even did that ) , usually salons put an cuticles oil after your mani but I have never been to a salon where they spray you with alcohol right after . Before I was even done with my mani ( literally my hand was still on the gel machine ) , the lady told me that I needed to give her a $5 tip , I always tip when I go get my nails donde but I HAVE NEVER been demanded to tip so badly , I always tip 20% or more but my experience with this salon and service was awful , I was going back and forth with the lady and she just kept telling me I needed to tip her . With all of this mentioned I don’t recommend this salon at all . And there are better salons in slc that are cleaner and do have good attention .

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE AN INGROWN TOENAIL! I was recovering from an ingrown toenail and they dug it out causing it to come back. Manicures and nail painting were great, but you would expect someone in this business to know about proper nail care. Do not dig out ingrown toenail and do not round the edges or you will only make it worse!

I really appreciated my experience here! I play the guitar, so I keep my left hand short and put acrylic on my right hand so I can finger pick. I am a licensed nail tech and usually do my own nails but didn’t want to this time because I have been busy and tired. A few months ago I went to a different salon with the same request, but they argued with me about my request for acrylic on only one hand and insisted on doing both hands, causing me to not be able to play my guitar effectively ….but this is place was great and did exactly what I asked for. I got dip powder on my left hand to strengthen my nails, but kept them very short and then acrylic on my right. I also got a spa pedicure which was great!

This is my favorite Nail Salon in the entire valley! I have tried many other places around the valley, and none come even close to their quality and customer service! They are always happy to see everyone and greet all with a smile! I recommend them to any and all that want the best of the best!
