Happened to be over here at my sons lacrosse game and decided to go in. The prices are reasonable and Alex did and AMAZING job on my nails. He was so careful and make sure that they were exactly what I wanted! I love all the way in Lawrence but I’ll be back here! I’d rather drive for quality than settle for less thanks again Alex!

If it was a problem doing my nails then say it, I know I came close to 4:30pm, but you said you can still fit me. Don’t start complaining to your staff in your language about me, when you finally get around to doing my nails and it’s after 5pm (closing time).

I have visited the salon alone and with my client who is 84 with severe dementia and both times the service was excellent! The salon is clean and all the staff are friendly and concerned about your satisfaction. They also offer eyebrow waxing which is super convenient and I don’t trust very many people to wax mine, Lucy did an excellent job!!

very disappointed. the lady that did my nails here cut my cuticles back on my ring and pinky finger so bad that she spent half of my appointment trying to stop the bleeding. it has been 4 days and they still are scabbed over and randomly start bleeding Gel manicures

Updating my review because I quit going here for a multitude of reasons: The price kept increasing for an acrylic fill with gel polish. It was 35 for a year then all the sudden, 45,then 50 on the next visit with no explanation for price hike within 3 months offered. Whether I made an appointment or not I was always rushed through my entire appointment. My gel polish was so rushed that it wasn’t fully cured all the way and was bubbly/uneven. This happened multiple times. The final straw was when they removed my acrylics with a nail tip which was extremely painful and damaging to my nails and Leon cut me 6 times during one appointment without even apologizing.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Posh nails use to be my fav shop, my go to when I need a full set. After doing my nails I owed 45, I paid 25 on my card and 20 in cash. I didn’t have extra for a tip but with it being my go to I promised double tip when I came back to get a fill. Checked my card the next day, they charged my card for 30!!! So basically he took a 5 dollar tip without my knowledge. If you do decide to go here NEVER USE your card always pay cash and ALWAYS! ALWAYS!!! Get a receipt. I don’t care if it was 2 dollars. It’s mine! I will not be returning here. EVER!

Overbooked and running way behind like most places around here. I feel sorry for the people working while management obviously overbooks them. Sitting the next customer in line right next to the customer they are trying to finish makes them feel rushed, because they are! It was fast and not relaxing. I really like to have an enjoyable pedi every few months and paid over $50 for a another speedy, rough, 35 min service that left me with sore cuticles and smudged polish that I had to wait 45 mins for.
