Always seen immediately. Never disappointed with the manicure. My pedicure was terrific too best nail place around for miles. I’ve tried many. It’s very busy here so if u want serenity this is not the place. If u want a fast hood manicure. Yes. This is it. Grocery shopping bank dry cleaner all steps from the exit.

They do a decent job on nails but always try to upcharge. They didn’t tell me a polish would cost $10 more because it’s organic and just charged me at the end. I didn’t care that it was organic, I just chose the color cause I liked it and would of chosen another one had I known it was $10 more. They also failed to mention you can’t leave tip when paying with card. So I had to use the their atm to take out money for the tip after I paid with card. That’s a big inconvenience for the customer, especially since they charge you more to pay with card. Overall they do a decent job on nails but their customer service needs work. I gave them a couple tries thinking that it might get better, but after my last experience I won’t be going back. Their “rewards card” is also a scam. Found out they weren’t even scanning it each time I went.

First time at this place. It’s super crowded, super packed seating-not at all a relaxing feel to the place. I had a so-so spa pedicure, with an unremarkable leg massage. I Also made appointment for the following day for my daughter and checked on the way out-it wasn’t written down anywhere-they rush on the phone-but the truth is (and maybe it’s different for regulars), they do not respect appointments, anyway-kept my daughter sitting for 30 mins past appointment time. That may be something you have to tolerate at a dr’s office, but not a nail salon. There a tons of others to try, so I won’t be going back to Posh (what a laugh) Nails. I doubt that they will miss me-they have plenty of people who seem to be ok with the atmosphere-so unpleasant-and the lack of respect for your time.

Service wasn’t that great-the tech kept trying to up charge me for additional services. My nails look and feel bumpy and you can clearly see multiple imperfections. That and I asked about paying with credit card and wasn’t told until it was time to pay that I would be charged extra and not given the option to tip with card. Not worth it for the cost.

I had my nails done by Chris who was really nice and personable. It does cost a bit more than usual for a new set but it’s worth it. I always have a hard time finding a nail tech that can properly shape my nails but he did great and made sure it was exactly how I liked.
