I emailed the salon to let them know and to ask them to please review their safety and sanitation procedures so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I was a frequent client of Posh Nails up until last month (August 2021), when after a visit there I was cut so badly that I got an abscess and infection on my finger/nail. I ended up having to go to urgent care to take care of it because it got really bad and very painful (I’ve included a photo, apologies if TMI). I emailed the salon to let them know and to ask them to please review their safety and sanitation procedures so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I just had a wonderful experience at Posh Nails. Kelly, my nail technician, took her time with my nails and was very particular. Kelly was very friendly and made me feel welcome and unrushed. After the manicure she brought me to the nail drying station and gave me an upper back massage which was a wonderful surprise treat. I then was treated to a warm towel hand wrap and then finished with a hand massage. I found the prices to be comparable to other salons but got additional services. I will definitely be back. Thank you Kelly!

My pedicure was unreal!! It was worth every penny. I wanted the $45 pedi but opted for the $65 once I saw the menu of what’s included. She was gentle yet thorough with my heals which needed some serious loving. This picture was after the scrub, lotion, hot towels 15 min massage and then hot stones.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this nail salon ! I walked in for a pedicure 3 days ago and for the $50 I paid, I certainly didn’t get what I paid for! My heals are still rough and a 2 year old could have done a better polish job! I called the day of the service and told the gentleman who said he was the owner to come back and I just responded that I would like a refund and he said that they do not give refunds! I called him yesterday and told him I would send him pictures of the awful mess and that is when he said he would speak to the owner but what, he told me he was the owner! However when I called him 5 minutes ago he told me I was harassing him and then he hung up on me! STAY AWAY!

Overcharged me and painted over fuz and lint and left it there. They don’t do the wax on your hands anymore either. Very mediocre won’t be coming back
