I went in today with something very specific I wanted for Valentine’s Day. Lina was my nail technician and she was so accommodating. She took extra time to help me pick out the colors and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She took her time and my nails came out perfectly. I will definitely be back. Gel manicures

I’ve been going to Ivy at Posh for about 2 years now and she never fails me! I love her work so much that some days I go in and I let her freestyle. I trust her completely with my nail looks and I’m VERY particular. She is located about 20-25 minutes from me but I take the trip because I don’t want anyone else to do my nails!

Absolutely love my nails! The man who checks you in was so sweet. I came at a very busy time and had to wait a while and the whole time he was checking on me and making sure I was okay. He jept apologizing for the wait. I honestly am not angry at all that I had to wait, it was definitely worth it.

I have been to the other posh nails in the area and they always do a good job which is why they have so many in the area. I’ve never been to this location until today and the lady that did my pedicure did a better job than I have had anyone do in a very very long time. She was very polite and professional and exceedingly thorough and that is saying something as I am a martial arts instructor and the feet take all the abuse. I could not more highly recommend this location or franchise!

I love this place. I have short nails and they do such a great job! Andy gives the best pedicure you will ever have in your life. I’m not kidding. The foot leg massage was the best I ever got. This place was elegant and organized and the wait is always short. It’s reasonably priced and they do a great job. Did I mention the staff is super friendly and they give you a complimentary wine while you get your nails done. That’s why this is my regular place.

I have been 3 times and has been great until my last visit. The guy who did my nails was ROUGH on my nails. The machine used to prep the nails was on too high and he constantly burned me after I complained to him. When he buffed my nails before painting them, he burned and cut my skin. Acrylic nails

I hate that I have to write a review based on my service today with Joyce. I’ve been a loyal client of Joyce for a while now and today I was treated less than a loyal customer. I asked for soft pink nails with ring finger marble. From my perspective, the marble looked clear in the inspiration pic, Joyce said she didn’t say the marble in the pic. Fine. She painted the ring finger funny bunny and then carelessly added rose gold glitter outlines. I asked her where was she going to add the marble and she stated she didn’t see that in the pic. When I asked her if she can take off the funny bunny and redo to match marble from the pic, she told me she could add pink marble instead of starting from scratch. Granted her the pink and didn’t like how it came out. Asked if she could dip the rest of the nails to be the same funny bunny color as my ring finger and she told me the nails would be lighter than the ring finger. I asked her if she can just start from scratch and she pretty much told me no. I don’t think I deserved that type of treatment as a loyal customer nor to pay for a service to leave with different color nails unless asked for. We could have came to a solution but her attitude was very rude. I won’t be going back here.

Came to enjoy time with family. This place was down the street from our new home so thought we would give it a try. My technician made me feel like cattle being herded. I gave two stars because my manicured nails look good. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so maybe she was having a difficult day. Sadly, I wasted $80 dollars as I can do acrylics, gel, etc. myself but wanted to be pampered after the move. It was rushed and not worth the $80.
